The freshman standout is proving why she is one of the best players in the state, regardless of class. James Monroe remains undefeated and Dunlap continues to shine! I love her ability to stretch the floor. She is a versatile athlete that continues to be lethal in the mid-range! She uses her length exceptionally well. She has a great basketball IQ, and she showcases that on both ends of the floor. James Monroe recently defeated Princeton, Lydia poured in 21 points &amp; had a beautiful buzzer beater before the half. She made 5 three-pointers in the win. Nelson continues to be the player that will do whatever it takes to win. She doesn't have to score to shine, but we know she can shoot. Nelson recently picked up an offer from Fairmont State University to continue her athletic career at the next level. This kid is more than deserving! She continues to play with all heart, and she continues to outwork her opponents. This kid is electric! She plays with great intensity with a non-stop motor. Donya is the definition of an exceptional, two-way athlete. Woodrow Wilson needs her senior leadership! Donya is averaging over double-figures in scoring, and she continues to be stellar on defense! Donya recently signed to play college basketball at the next level. Southern WV has now seen the highlights of her steal, &amp; the beautiful behind the back dribble to free herself. She did a great job finishing that play by knocking down the shot. Kylee does an outstanding job reading passes and jumping the passing lanes. She is averaging right over 3 steals per game. The senior guard continues to shine. Sophi recently set the all-time tournament steals record at the Andrew Johnson Bank Ladies' Classic in TN. She picked up 29 steals during the tournament. Records are made to be broken, and Hutchison continues to do so. Despite the 2-point loss to George Washington, Sophi and Spring Valley continue to bounce back!
