With more than half of their final season wrapped up, the past couple of months have shown what most seniors have been building toward throughout their careers, while others have just found their footing within the last year or two. Either way, a senior season is an emotional one. Some players lock in as they prepare for the next chapter, while others step back to enjoy the moment. I like to focus on the ones who hit another gear. Below are some of the top seniors who have left their mark.

We might not see another HS prospect quite like Trinity for some time. A player who has simply been dominate everytime she touched the court, and with her final season being one of her best seasons.. its easy to say she's not looking to just enjoy it, she wants to win. From the athleticism, the defensive intensity, and the trust she shows her teammates have been great to see. Playoff Trinity is loading up..

Hinsdale Central's success this season has been built on strong coaching and players who know how to win, and Skinner embodies that approach. She brings both a winning mentality and a complete skill set that has directly impacted this program's success. She has improved in a ton of aspects of her game over the past couple of years, and it has really shown this season. Whether she's the focal point on offense or setting the tone on the defensive end with her energy, she's part of the duo driving this team into the playoffs.

Washington is in line to possibly take home the 3A state title, and behind this season's success is a group effort, but Mazzy stands out. If a big play needs to be made, you can definitely count on her to pull through, and if someone has to take the big shot, she won't hesitate to be that player. She notched 1k points earlier this month, and she is nowhere near done adding to that total.

Fremd has always been competitive, and heading into this season, the program lost a lot of talent, but a ton of players have stepped up, and Kim is among those. She has developed a true role for this program and has been a major key reason why Fremd will make some noise in the postseason. This kid has stayed ready until her number was called, and this season she has shown up.
