Youth is not slowing this group down one bit!These freshmen are already producing at a varsity level and playing with confidence that most upperclassmen have to grow into. Possession after possession, they are impacting games, flipping momentum, and helping their teams stack wins. The 3rd Region is loaded with young talent, and these five have been setting the tone all season. The future is not coming, andit is already here!    Karlee is a dynamic, super athletic guard who can hurt you in a hurry! She stretches the floor with her ability to knock down shots from the outside, and when defenders close out too hard, she is shifty enough to blow by them and finish or create for others. She plays with pace, confidence, and a motor that never shuts off. What makes her special is how well rounded her game already is. She is averaging 13.3 points per game, pulling down 6.8 rebounds per contest, and creating chaos defensively with a huge 3.7 steals per game. She fills up the stat sheet and changes the game on both ends!     Brinly has taken a major leap. Her growth physically and skill wise has been impossible to miss. Nearly 6 feet tall now, she has developed into a long, versatile guard who can handle the ball, see over defenses, and make advanced reads. Her court vision stands out, and she is comfortable initiating offense or playing off the ball. With range that extends beyond the three point line and the ability to score at all three levels, she is a matchup problem. Brinly is averaging 11.3 points and 5.9 rebounds per game, and her ceiling continues to rise with every outing.     “Stick” has quickly established herself as the premier big in the 2029 class in the region! She plays with strength, athleticism, and confidence in the paint, but what separates her is her versatility. She can switch onto guards, move her feet, and still protect the rim. She rebounds at a high level, blocks shots, and finishes strong through contact. Emily also sees the floor well and is capable of making smart passes out of the post when double teamed. She is averaging 10.4 points and 7.7 rebounds per game, anchoring the interior and giving her team a consistent presence inside!     Karla is relentless on both ends of the floor! Defensively, she is constantly active in passing lanes, reading eyes, and turning defense into offense. Her anticipation and energy disrupt opposing guards and create extra possessions. On the offensive end, she has blossomed into a true scoring threat. Her confidence as a shooter continues to grow, and she has developed into a consistent offensive force for her team. Averaging 11.9 points per game and leading her squad in scoring, Karla is proving that she is ready for the spotlight right now!     Ella is the definition of doing whatever it takes to win! She takes pride in guarding the opposing team's best player, no matter the size or position. Big or small, she accepts the challenge and competes every single possession. Offensively, she is efficient and under control, giving her team 11.3 points per game while attacking smart and taking quality shots. She rebounds extremely well for her position at 6.5 per game and is a menace defensively with 3.8 steals per night. Ella brings toughness, effort, and production every time she steps on the floor!
