Career Wrap | Five Seniors Who Closed The Chapter This Past Week

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The ending of your high school career can be bittersweet. A majority of these seniors have poured their lives into this game, and having it end can be emotional regardless of what the next chapter is. The emotions are real because four years of early mornings, summer workouts, bus rides, and battles don't feel like they should end that fast. But that's the reality of Playoffs. </h2>    Linke has cemented herself as one of the top forwards in the state over the course of four years, and her growth during that time has not gone unnoticed. Year by year, her game expanded and her impact followed. She has developed into a player who can be utilized in multiple ways at the next level, whether that is right away or as her collegiate career unfolds. Alli has the tools, the versatility, and the foundation to become a standout name within that program.     Lake Park has been home to some of the state's toughest guards, and Gogola has added her name to that list. Each year her role in this program increased and changed, and each year she took on the challenge and delivered. From role player to focal piece, to leader. Now, she has her name in the history books across multiple statistical categories.     Lacey has had a strong high school career, she never needed to be the main focal point to stand out. Her effort and energy carried a ton of weight for her program, and the athleticism she has displayed since her freshman season was special. At the next level, she should be able to figure out sooner than later that she's a player who can excel as a slasher, or your go to on ball defender. Looking forward to seeing what she will accomplish.     Savage has been a huge piece of this program since her sophomore year, and she has been a big reason they have remained one of the more competitive teams in their area. Over the years, her game has sharpened in key areas, especially her pace and decision making. She plays with control now, understanding when to push and when to settle. With her frame and overall skillset, she has the tools to replicate that same type of impact at the next level.     With three years of varsity play under her belt, it is easy to say the standard at Mt. Carmel has been upheld by Randall. From an individual standpoint, she has been a top tier player for her program and one of the more dominant forces in her area. Night after night, she embraced her role as a down low presence and made her impact felt. Indiana Tech will be getting a post who understands who she is, loves doing the work inside, and can be a strong piece to build around over the next couple of years.
