Carolina 5A Difference Makers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We are coming down the home stretch of the season here in North Carolina which means playoffs and seeding are right around the corner.  It's the first year we will see 8 champions with the new 8A classification.  For today, though, I'm diving into some of the top contributors in the 5A classification.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block knocking down her shots from deep finding the opening around the perimeter making it off the pass and even making it in transition.  She does well attacking the basket finding the open lanes to get some points.  Her ability to find the openings also translates to the defensive side of the ball as she knows how her opponents are going to move to try to get the pass, and she jumps in front of the with the ball pushing the tempo up the court to score some points in transition.  She knows how to get her teammates involved finding the openings hitting them in stride.  She is feisty and sneaky on player who uses her defensive aggressiveness to create some offense for her team.  She grabs steals and pushes them up the court scoring in transition by attacking the basket or jump stopping her way to two from midrange.  Her on ball defense is fun to watch keeping her opponent right where she wants them to slow down their offense or end the possession for them all together.</p> <!-- becoming the all time leading scorer, and she certainly isn't finished yet.  She knows exactly how to go to work off the pass flashing in the paint, grabbing the ball, and making her adjustment to get the right position for two points.  She doesn't just score inside the perimeter as her shot from deep is on point.  She does a little bit of everything for her team getting inside for rebounds and using her length to cause disruptions on defense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
