Here are six stars that we saw in our travels where we took in games between Malcolm and Holdrege, Howells-Dodge and Cross County and an awesome overtime nightcap between Oakland-Craig and Guardian Angels Central Catholic.

Continually impressed with the sophomore and hope we get to see her in next week's state tournament. Dolliver is so skilled and at 5-10 she can guard multiple positions while seemingly never needing a break. We believe should could be a high-level Division 1 player with this summer being a big one. A state championship with big sister Halle, an Omaha commit, would be fun, too. In a 45-36 win over the Dusters, she scored 17 points and nabbed 12 rebounds.

Like Milford's [player_tooltip player_id='884235' first='Shayla' last='Rautenberg'], Johnson is a player that can play both volleyball or basketball at the next level. The two actually met earlier this year in the Class C-1 state volleyball championship game and in a one-point Milford win over the holidays. On the basketball court, Johnson's 6-foot presence is felt almost everywhere. She can play on the wing or in the post and will go out and shoot it. Struggled against Malcolm on a 6-for-22 afternoon, but led the team with 12 points and also had 11 rebounds. For the season, she has averages of 12.7 points and 6.1 rebounds while also leading the Dusters in assists and blocks.

There is just one thing left to do for the oldest Dolliver -- win a Nebraska state championship with the Clippers. Has bounced back wonderfully from missing her junior campaign with an ACL injury with season averages of 17.6 points, 11.5 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game. Dolliver plays the game with great poise and nothing seems to rattle her. Didn't score in the opening quarter on Saturday, but still filled the stat sheet: 12 points, 11 rebounds, four assists and four steals. She has some of the things you just can't coach and is now a 1,500 point career scorer in just three seasons.

Note to College of St. Mary basketball coach Natalie Miller -- [player_tooltip player_id='820511' first='Briar' last='Ray'] would also be a perfect addition to your basketball team too. Ray, who has committed to play volleyball for the Flames, was the best player on the floor (especially in overtime) as the No. 3 ranked Knights edged No. 6 GACC 67-58 on Saturday. Ray scored 25 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for O-C, scoring six straight after GACC took a 58-57 lead to start the extra session.

In a few weeks, you will likely see Gerths in our Class of 2028 rankings. A sophomore, she led GACC to the state tournament last year as a freshman and is having another fantastic season for coach Jerry Stracke. Was guarded extremely well by Oakland-Craig on Saturday, but after not scoring in the first half had nine points in the second to go with 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocks. Leads the Bluejays with 15.7 points per game and 8.7 rebounds. Also leads them in steals (3.3/game) and blocks.

Still not committed, but a player who has narrowed down her college selection, Bootch will make a small-college Nebraska program happy. A sharp-shooter who has worked to hone her craft she scored 15 second half points (21 overall) in the win over GACC on 7-for-13 shooting including 3-8 from the 3-point line. Has season averages of 13.3 points and 3.9 rebounds, she shoots nearly 50% inside the arc and has connected on 58 triples this season.
