Crowned with Accolades: Most Valuable Players

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The NCHSAA has been hosting their state championships this week, and we have already crowned 4 state champions so far.  In each of these games, there is an award given to the Most Valuable Player.  Here are the well deserved award winners from these first two days.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block attacking the basket getting the baseline look making it for two.  She had a big block and steal taking it coast to coast for some of her own points showing her versatility handling business on the block and handling the ball with speed up the court.  She had a nice old fashioned three point play, too, using her footwork to get to the rim, and that footwork was so effective getting her points in her motor from the jump attacking the basket and jumping in front of passing lanes to grab the steal.  She wasn't taking no for an answer even showing off some post moves on the block to score her points.  She stripped the ball playing tough on ball defense to push the other direction.  She knew when to make the dish to her teammates or take it all the way herself.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> aggressive running the floor catching the pass in transition and scoring two.  She showed her range scoring three from deep and was absolutely on fire to start the game hitting four in a row before the first quarter was over.  Her defense was fun to watch, too, as she set up at the top of the press coming away with deflections and steals.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block getting the possession back.  She went to work on offense battling in the paint for her points.  She was a good wall in the paint blocking the path of her opponents trying to score some points.  She
