It was a huge victory for a short-sided Beaverton team that was down two key players—junior point guard [player_tooltip player_id='832048' first='Dara' last='Oluwafemi'] and senior power forward [player_tooltip player_id='556727' first='London' last='Bologoff']—due to season-ending injuries. Bologoff recently announced her commitment to UC Santa Cruz.

Sophomore point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1015768' first='Mila' last='Watson'] continued to step up and led the Beavers with 18 points, including 10 game-changing points in the final frame. Watson got downhill in the halfcourt and finished at the rim, high off the glass. She netted a baseline floater for the go-ahead points in the fourth quarter. Up by 6 points with 2 minutes left in the game, and three seconds left on the shot clock, Watson hit a dagger three-pointer. With 1:05 remaining, she split bonus free throws to put Beaverton ahead by 10 points.

Junior forwards [player_tooltip player_id='925981' first='Ruby' last='Foord'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1312935' first='Ashlyn' last='Hicks'] added 12 and 11 points, respectively, for the Beavers. Both were strong drivers and finished tough takes inside. Foord finished a fantastic reverse layup around the outstretched arms of 6-foot-5 [player_tooltip player_id='1013188' first='Ceanna' last='Forney'] to put the Beavers ahead by 3 points late in the fourth quarter.

Senior power forward [player_tooltip player_id='1223843' first='Alexia' last='Braden'] battled inside and neutralized Jesuit's frontcourt. Braden scored 7 points for the Beavers and held Forney to 7 points and Dulcie Cleeland to zero points.

Jesuit freshman point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1264926' first='Sam' last='Harris'] scored a game-high 22 points. Harris was a consistent scorer through four quarters. She netted three three-pointers, finished at the rim, and got to the line.
