<p>The semifinals, hosted by Webster County, saw the Lady Trojans come out with energy and purpose from the very beginning. They were locked in defensively and set the tone early, overwhelming Union County 43-26 in a dominant performance. Every possession was contested, every shot was challenged, and Webster County made it clear they were not backing down on their home floor. From the opening tip to the final buzzer, they dictated the tempo and never allowed Union County to get comfortable offensively.</p>

<p>That win set up the championship matchup everyone expected, Webster County facing off against Henderson County. The Lady Colonels came in undefeated in district play and continued to show why they've built such a strong reputation in the region. Henderson County wasted no time asserting themselves, controlling the game from start to finish on the way to a commanding 73-9 victory. With that win, they secured their sixth straight district championship and once again celebrated by cutting down the nets, continuing a run that has defined consistency and dominance.</p>

<p>Henderson County's success came from a complete team effort with multiple players making major impacts throughout the night.</p>

<p>Junior [player_tooltip player_id='913407' first='JaNyla' last='Locher'] led the charge with 14 points and 5 rebounds, while also going a perfect 100% from the free throw line. Her ability to stay composed and deliver in key moments has been a huge part of her development this season. As the team's second leading scorer, she consistently provided a scoring punch while also contributing on the glass and from beyond the arc. Her efficiency at the free throw line and overall confidence with the ball in her hands made her a steady and reliable presence all year long, and she stepped up once again when it mattered most.</p>

<p>Senior [player_tooltip player_id='489405' first='Adalyn' last='Gish'] added 11 points and 3 rebounds, shooting over 83% from the field in an extremely efficient performance. She has been one of the most dependable players for Henderson County all season, doing a little bit of everything whenever her number is called. Whether it's scoring around the rim, knocking down shots, or contributing in hustle areas, she has consistently found ways to impact winning. Being ranked near the top of the team in scoring, rebounding, and free throws made speaks to her all-around game and her leadership as a senior.</p>

Throughout the season, she has embraced her role as a perimeter threat, knocking down shots at key moments and providing a spark offensively. Her confidence continues to grow, and performances like this highlight her importance to the team's overall success.</p>

She has been the clear offensive leader for the Lady Trojans all season, and her confidence as a freshman continues to stand out. Averaging 10.2 points per game while knocking down 62 three-pointers shows just how dangerous she is as a shooter. What makes her even more valuable is her consistency, as she also led the team from the free throw line at 73.3%. Her ability to create offense and deliver in big moments gives Webster County a strong foundation moving forward.</p>

Her versatility and leadership have been important for the Lady Trojans, and she continues to find ways to positively impact the game in whatever role is needed.</p>

<p>Freshman [player_tooltip player_id='1274470' first='Addison' last='Wright'] controlled the paint with 8 points and 14 rebounds, making her presence felt on both ends of the floor. Her effort on the glass and physicality inside have been key components of Webster County's success. Leading the team in rebounding while also being the second leading scorer highlights her importance and impact. She consistently does the dirty work, battling for position and securing extra possessions, which gives her team valuable opportunities.</p>
