Full body of work, real production, consistency over time, and how it all translates moving forward. Some names solidified themselves as clear impact players at the next level, others made late pushes, and a few reshaped their stock entirely. This update reflects who's ready, who's proven it, and who projects to make a significant impact once they step on campus. Her game is consistent and efficient, and she never seems to do anything outside whatever role is assigned to her. Heading into McKendree, Tibbs will definitely have the chance to come in, play big minutes, and make a significant impact on the program. She is an Illinois Ms. Basketball nominee for a reason.

Briggs was put in a position this year to fully show how dominant she can be, especially on the offensive end.
