The tournament, hosted by Knott County Central, saw the host Lady Patriots set the tone early. Knott County Central came out focused and aggressive in the semifinals, dominating June Buchanan 61-19 behind relentless defensive pressure and complete control of the game's tempo from the opening tip. They made every possession difficult and never allowed June Buchanan to find any rhythm offensively.
