We are midway through the Spring, and we have updated the prospect rankings in all four graduating classes currently enrolled in high school. For the ladies in the Class of 2029, this is the first time any of them have truly been ranked on PGH Indiana. The overall list (rankings & watch list included) has expanded from 75 total prospects to 100 total prospects, and there is now a Top 25. With that said, below is a look at all of the point guard prospects in the Class of 2029. Below the rankings chart are some quick updates on a handful of uncommitted prospects.

The Freshman group of guards is really good thus far, and Jaliyah might be one of the best and one of the least known at this point. She is a talented athlete, she plays with a toughness, but she is also smooth and creative. She is a willing passer/playmaker, she can get downhill in a hurry, and she's an outstanding defender. For Harrison, she averaged 13.3 points, 7.4 rebounds, 7.0 assists, and 6.0 steals per game, showing she can bring it at both ends of the floor. She does a nice job of playing low and compact, and she is only going to become more efficient these next three years.

Hadley is another 2029 who had a standout year as a rookie. I raved about her after the April "live" weekend a week and a half ago, because she was a magnet for contact and weaponized the free throw line. She does a really nice job of getting the first step and taking the corner against defenders. Add to that her ability to handle it and run a traditional point guard role, plus she can knock down open shots from the perimeter. This Winter, she averaged 17.6 points and 3.2 steals per game, while knocking down 49 3-pointers in 23 games.

Gabby is an extremely long, wiry, and likely still-growing point guard prospect. She stepped in as a Freshman and earned her opportunity, standing out as one of a few youngsters to make her mark for the Shamrocks. What's intriguing is her best days are well in front of her. She is fluid and somewhat smooth, and she averaged 9.8 points and 2.0 assists per game. As she finishes growing and gets a little stronger, it will only help her shooting percentages, plus she'll be able to play lower and defend the ball better. She already does a nice job of using her length defensively.

Guerin Catholic was loaded with a strong Freshmen class this season, and they led the program from the jump. Cecilia was their primary ball-handler and made a lot of key plays in close games for them. She is yet another young guard who is all length right now and possibly still growing. She is a nice all-around athlete, and she does a good job playing with balance in her game. She averaged 9.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 3.2 steals per game for the Golden Eagles. She was equally as good defensively as she was creating offense for herself and her teammates.
