Considering [program_tooltip program_id='783909' first='Palmetto' last='76ers/A'ja Wilson Elite'] is among the premier travel programs in the state, it should not be a surprise to see many of their talents playing up in class. Alexander is one of them. She got her day in Rock Hill started with an impressive performance, tallying 16 points as her team dominated Next Level Prospects 15U. Alexander is an all-around playmaker that opposing defenses have to watch out for at all times when she is on the floor. She is an at-will scorer that also helps her team with her rebounding and defensive efforts. Alexander has played at the varsity level since she was a seventh grader and averaged 11.3 points, three rebounds and 1.7 steals per game last season for 5A Division 2 Westwood. She played in 28 games last season for a Redhawks team that will move back to 4A next season.

Gray is another top-tier 2030 talent from the Midlands – 4A A.C. Flora in particular. With coach Jacob Thompson having graduated a solid senior core from last season's Falcons team, one can expect Gray to be a featured name as long as she is hooping in Forest Acres. Gray combines playmaking with a high basketball IQ and she also bolsters her team's chances of winning with defense and rebounding. Gray is transitioning into freshman status and has already played two seasons at the high school varsity level. She played in 24 games last season and averaged 12.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and three steals per game in 2025-26.

In [program_tooltip program_id='783909' first='Palmetto' last='76ers/A'ja Wilson Elite'] 15U's emphatic victory over Next Level Prospects 15U, guard play powered the victory. The team also had a formidable presence in the interior in the form of Cooper. Her build alone makes her difficult to guard against and enables her to convert many high-percentage shots. Cooper also understands that playing in the interior means plenty of physicality which will give her plenty of opportunities at the free throw line. She has played her middle school ball with North Central and is poised to be one of the premier bigs in the state considering who she is running with on the grassroots scene.

Team USC Lady Fusion had a rough go of things on Saturday afternoon against Overlooked Skills Academy. The standout from 5A Sumter still led her team with nine points in a valiant effort. Tindal tallied all but two of the points her team had for Saturday's contest with Overlooked Skills Academy. She has no problems accepting tough defensive assignments and can connect with long range jumpers. Those defensive assignments can lead to her collecting plenty of steals as well as blocking a large number of shots. Tindal is one of the many 2027s poised to finish her high school career with a flourish.

The Gators of 5A Goose Creek are set to be one of the more high-profile teams in the Palmetto State the next few seasons which will lead to a higher profile for Davis. She wore the Overlooked Skills Academy uniform this past weekend at Rock Hill and helped her team to a dominant win over Team USC Lady Fusion with a seven-point effort. At 5-foot-11, Davis gives a team a formidable presence in the post. That height advantage can also bolster a team's chances of winning as a rebounder. Handling the ball with her left hand and getting to the free throw line are two other positive attributes to Davis' game. Last season's Goose Creek team advanced to the 5A Division 2 Lower State championship game and the Gators are set to still be a force to be reckoned with as 5A will once again be without divisions starting in 2026-27.

Woodham, who now wears the Overlooked Skills Academy uniform, was part of a 4A Darlington team that last season finished 19-7 while holding its own in a tough region. The standout sophomore guard played in 19 of the Falcons' 26 games while averaging 9.7 points, 3.4 assists and 1.4 steals per contest. As that indicates, Woodham is every bit as potent a passer as she is a distributor of the ball. Woodham also showcases plenty of speed and agility with hard-nosed defense where she does not leave too much space between herself and who she is guarding. She gives everything she has on every play and approaches the game with a consistent heads-up mentality. When the 2026-27 season tips off, Darlington will return to the 3A ranks.

As a 2029, she is playing up in class on the [program_tooltip program_id='783909' first='Palmetto' last='76ers/A'ja Wilson Elite'] 16U squad. Rebounding and collecting steals are also among McKevitt's strong areas. McKevitt first played at the varsity level as an eighth grader and averaged 13.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.2 steals per game as she played in all 29 of Wando's contests in 2025-26.

She put together a stellar freshman campaign for a 4A Wren team that will return to play as a 3A participant when the 2026-27 season tips off. Bryant averaged 12.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.4 assists and three steals per game. One may automatically think Bryant is a three or even a four when considering her 5-foot-11 stature, but she thrives in the backcourt. One reason for this is her ability to knock down her attempts from long range. Bryant first played at the varsity level when she was a seventh grader.

Flemming is more than worthy of sharing a court with more experienced competition. One has to watch out for Flemming on defense because she knows how to turn it into offense. Her speed and quickness also make her difficult to contain and she delivers strong finishes at the basket. Flemming also knows how to get into position to corral rebounds and has no problems drawing contact to get to the free throw line. As basketball fans across South Carolina know, Heathwood Hall has developed great players over the years – notably A'ja Wilson and Lauren Jacobs. Could Flemming be next? She is just getting started.

Her eighth-grade season saw her help the Stallions of 4A South Pointe to an Upper State championship appearance. Rowan stands at 5-foot-8 and possesses plenty of length which can especially prove worthwhile on the defensive end. She also has a great deal of speed and quickness which can display itself when she attacks the rim. A 3-point shot is also part of her overall offensive repertoire.
Camden has become used to churning out top-tier talent. It appears that DuPree could be the next Bulldog to establish herself as a statewide name. DuPree would find playing time in 23 games this past season for a Bulldogs bunch that were Upper State semifinalists last season. She has a height advantage over many of her peer guards considering she stands at 5-foot-9. She can get herself in position to corral her fair share of rebounds and understands how to make the right passes to put teammates in spots to make plays. DuPree blends together talent with a high basketball IQ – attributes that will serve DuPree well as her career up the high school ranks blossoms.
