Similar to her fearless drives, she also gets after it on defense. Good timing to deflect passes and also make life on opposing lead ballhandlers. Now as we approach the stretch run of her high school career, nothing has changed. She catches the ball ready to let it fly quickly and accurately. Her AAU program Unity appears to do a good job of running action for her to get open as well. Good athlete with a plus wingspan. Often plays with her arms straight up, while moving her feet to contest/block a load of shots. Also able to muscle up and hold ground against fellow post players. Type of player who makes life easier on her teammates by altering shots and importantly grabbing rebounds. Her strong hands allow her to snag those rebounds along with scoring in traffic on offense. Showed similar principles and heads up play when she drove to the rim, two footed stopped and made the right pass to an open teammate.
