The featured image is of [player_tooltip player_id='990044' first='Riley' last='Schellhammer'] (2028) from Greenfield-Central High School.

With the state of high school sports right now, and student-athletes able to so easily transfer these days, over the next few months there will likely be several basketball transfers moving from one high school to another. I would like to take this time and identify a few that we already know about. Obviously, there are rumors out there, but we will not include any prospect in these articles throughout the Summer unless they have already updated their PGH profile, they have listed it on one of their social media accounts, we have seen them in action with their new school, or their high school coaches have told us.

.

I realize that Rylee transferred midseason this Winter, but I have her listed here because she only managed a handful of games with South Spencer. As she spends the Summer with the Lady Rebels, look for her to be much more comfortable and mix well with their two Senior-to-be guards, [player_tooltip player_id='1583133' first='Alexis' last='Harris'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1818898' first='Jaci' last='Meece']. Harris came out on fire this season and proved to be a legitimate scoring threat, while Meece is a pass-first traditional point guard. Rylee's ability to use her physicality inside and her perimeter skill outside at her size make her a tremendously difficult matchup for opponents.

Reagan's journey is a bit unique. She spent her first two high school seasons with the Lady Raiders, then transferred to rival Warsaw for her Junior year, and now she's back at Northridge to complete her career. A long, fluidly athletic, skillful wing prospect, she will be welcomed back with open arms as the Lady Raiders graduate Camryn Conley. Her ability to handle, pass, and score it from all three levels, coupled with her knowledge of the system, should make for a near-seamless transition moving into June. Northridge will likely be a top team in the North in Class 4A in 2026-2027.

After spending her first two seasons at Brownsburg High School, Gabbi will move 10 minutes East to remain in a purple jersey with the Ben Davis Lady Giants. One thing the Giants do have is a lot of size, especially in the 2028 and 2029 classes, but Gabbi's skill facing the basket will add a new element to the frontcourt of the Giants. She is strong and can play physical inside the arc, but she also has some touch to the 3-point line, and she can handle the ball around the perimeter comfortably and productively.

This Riley was also a midseason transfer in 2025-2026, but she only managed two games with her new team, both in the Sectional, so a full Summer and preseason with the Cougars should really help her and her teammates get acclimated. Riley has played well this Spring, and she will be the most talented prospect in the G-C lineup since Madison Wise (2017). She is a talented shooter/scorer, but she is also a nice facilitator who will help others get easier shots as well. I will also be curious to see her chemistry with her younger sister, Britt Schellhammer, a talented 2030 prospect.

C.J. is a talented young guard who proved herself at Decatur Central this season, averaging 11.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.5 steals for the Hawks. Now, she is on the move to join a talented backcourt at Pike High School, which has a mixture of veterans like Junior All-Star [player_tooltip player_id='751118' first='Saniya' last='Smith'] (2027), and talented youngsters like [player_tooltip player_id='1263952' first='Savayah' last='Mitchell'] (2029). C.J. is a strong downhill attacker, she continues to improve her perimeter shooting, but she can also find open teammates. Expect Pike to continue being a top team in Class 4A in Central Indiana.
