Live Period Week 2.. Forwards To Add To Your Schedule (2027s)

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Another live period is here, which means staffs are back on the road looking for future pieces to add to their program. No matter the circuit, the competition is always there, and programs are searching for players who can help elevate them as quickly as possible. Below are some players worth adding to the schedule.</h3>    The consensus on Taji is how coachable and versatile she is. She has a ton of strength, but still plays with speed and smoothness. From a skillset standpoint, she has grown in all facets of the game. Her touch around the rim is soft, the footwork is solid, she has the confidence to step behind the arc and knock down the three ball, and she can slide in as a playmaker with the ball in her hands as well. Strong upside.     Her skill set has expanded from just a rim finisher to a player who can step out and consistently knock down shots from 12 to 15 feet. Offensively, she can produce in multiple ways, but what really stands out is her playmaking ability once she catches it around the post area. She stays calm, sees the floor well, and makes the right reads. Defensively, her length immediately changes possessions, and when you pair that with how aggressive and active she is on the boards, it gives her a strong two way presence. A player whose impact goes far beyond the box score.     Noble has taken major leaps in her overall approach to the game, and this past season at Glenbard West proved just that. A lot of her game is tied to her athleticism, which shows in the open floor and on the boards. So far this spring, she has also shown the ability to stretch the floor at a high rate. As her perimeter defense continues to sharpen, she could be viewed as a 3&D type of player at the next level.     Over the past couple of seasons, Brown has continued to get better, and the accolades are proof, along with the offers that have continued to roll in. A lot of her skillset shows in the low block area, but that's not to say she can't stretch the floor as well. She is agile, strong, and relentless. A player who could take a real leap at the next level.     A two way threat in the post area, King's length is an immediate separator, and she doesn't shy away from using it whenever it's needed. Defensively, she is a paint blanket who can challenge, alter, or block anything that comes her way. Offensively, she's not just a post threat. She can score from that area, but also has the three ball and midrange shot in her skillset. A key player on this Lady Lightning team.
