She was extremely vocal on defense, calling out screens and switches. Using her size and strength, she made it tough for the opposing team to get anything inside. Kaydence made effort plays, getting in the mix for 50/50 balls and crashed the boards. She showed great command of the ball while running the point and didn't get rattled by double teams or traps. She's not the quickest, but she has a crafty handle and uses effective dribble moves to create space. She played stout perimeter defense, staying right in the ball handler's jersey. A very savvy guard, she used a nice hesitation move to get past defenders.
