Prospects may participate in events operated by their high school association or their state's coaches association. The Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) has entrusted this to the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA), and the IBCA has operated both the Top 100 individual showcase, and a team showcase held at Fishers and Hamilton Southeastern high schools. Friday marked the first day of the team showcase, and with 117 teams from around the state participating this year, there was plenty of action taking place all day Friday. During the first day's action, several guards and wings were filling it up from outside, and below is a look at a handful of those who stood out when I was able to see them.

.

On a Flashes team with a loaded 2027 class, Aniya has unfortunately often drawn the "who's that player" comments when she has a standout game. The crazy thing is year to year she has been one of their most consistent players. She always plays with effort, she's a nice athlete with length, and she has skillful versatility. I'm used to her playing off the attack, knocking down mid-range pull-ups and finishing around the basket. But Friday, she was burying triple after triple, helping to alleviate pressure from her teammates. She's an elite small college prospect, without question.

Arianna has transferred into Fishers after spending her first three years at North Central. While several kids showed nerves throughout the day, it took Ari a half to adjust to the flow. But in the second half of the game I saw, she flat out took control. She was electric, filling it up from outside, getting through the paint and finishing through contact at the rim, and creating turnovers, pushing it in transition, and finding offense for herself and teammates. She played with speed and burst, but also under control and on balance. She put together an outstanding Spring and should have a great Senior season.

Emma has always been a talented knockdown shooting threat from the perimeter, and she has continued to shoot it well this Spring, drawing a lot of new Division-I interest. While others on this list shot it well, she was a step above on Friday and could have won everything from a pop-a-shot contest at Dave & Buster's, to a logo 3-pointer contest. She was on target, and that's an understatement. Emma is extremely long, fluidly athletic, and she has gotten noticeably stronger over the years, allowing herself to find rhythm quicker and absorb contact much better.

Riley can really score the basketball, and she was effective from all three levels when I was able to see her. She buried multiple 3-pointers, often with defenders in her space, but she also drove by them and finished at the basket at times, and with either hand. She was creative in transition, plus she even showed a couple of post moves against shorter defenders. It seems like she grows an inch or two each year, and she might not be done growing. She is extremely long, she's a smooth gliding athlete, and she's learning how to take contact much better and still be productive.

Zoey was the first player I saw Friday who caught fire. She made some shots in the first half of her game, but she really found a rhythm in the second half, scoring several consecutive points for her team before a heat-check. At her size, she does a nice job of getting rid of it quickly, but she can also use the dribble to create space on the perimeter. She is crafty with the ball, willing to find open teammates as well, plus she can get into the paint and put pressure on a defense. She is almost always a fun watch, and she is entering her third year as the Marauders' primary ball-handler.
