What stood out in particular from this event?    Dylan was MVP of the Destination Irvine Division, leading her team to championship glory: 24 points, 2 steals, and 1 block in the title game vs. Bishop Manogue. She can score from anywhere on the floor. Polished skillset with great positional length. Rebounds well from the wing. The basketball IQ is evident, particularly on the defensive end. The standout 2-way wing continues to perform and impress on the big stage when it matters most.     Jihan is one half of the dynamic twin duo. She was phenomenal vs. Sage Hill: 24 points and 5 steals, including the game winner! Jihan has a nice blend of length, skill, and IQ. She can create her own shot. Versatile scoring threat on and off-the-ball. Uses the stepback to create separation. Displays good instincts and anticipation on the defensive end. The ball handling and shot-making ability stand out at her height considering her youth.     Aynya is a nasty in-your-face on-ball defender who turns defense into offense. She does the little things that impact winning: dives for loose balls, draws charges, applies relentless full-court pressure. Aynya is also an effortless scorer who is hard to keep out of the paint. She can knock-it-down if you leave her open as well. High-motor combo guard who can do-it-all.     Iman is the other half of the dynamic twin duo. Cornell, San Diego, and Sac State are showing interest (offers) early, just to name a few. Iman had 23 points and 3 steals vs. Sage Hill. 2-way lefty who already finishes comfortably with either hand. Iman showcased a sweet shooting stroke in catch-and-shoot situations. The floater was an effective counter against aggressive closeouts on the perimeter. Iman's movement off-the-ball resulted in easy baskets, particularly in transition and on inbound plays.     Cassidy averaged 16 a game over the weekend. Fearless combo guard who can do a little bit of everything. Cassidy is crafty with the ball in her hands. The floater is automatic. She displayed a capable, confident jumper from beyond the arc. Cassidy rebounds well for a guard. She is willing and able to guard the opposing team's top perimeter player. Expect a breakout year on the high school scene from the Etiwanda transfer.     Cayla will be one of the more prolific offensive talents in high school regardless of class. Nearly 26 ppg and 4apg over the weekend! The handle, quickness, shooting range, quick release, and decision-making all stand out. She is already making her case as the top shooter in the 2030 class. Expect Cayla to dominate as a scorer and playmaker throughout her freshman season.     In a back-and-forth contest that came down to the wire, Troy defeated Christian Brothers 57-56 following game-winning free throws from [player_tooltip player_id='1819574' first='Rilynn' last='Robinson']. She displayed poise and sound mechanics at the free throw line in the closing seconds. Rilynn can play on and off-the-ball. 2-way sharpshooter who continues to show flashes of an emerging all-around game. Expect her to make a jump as a sophomore.     Ellie was lights out from long-range at Cali Live 2026. Next-level 3&D ability. Ellie has sound mechanics and good elevation on her jump shot. Exceptional cutter off-the-ball. Willing passer who keeps the ball moving on the perimeter. Ellie plays with poise and is a good decision-maker under pressure. Keep an eye on her development moving forward.     Charlotte led her team to a championship appearance at nearly 20ppg on remarkable efficiency. The handle, shot-making, and feel all stand out. Charlotte shoots it well off-the-catch and off-the-dribble. The range, footwork, mechanics, and efficiency make her a Tier A shooter. Charlotte played with energy on both ends. Absolute flamethrower and one of the top under-the-radar prospects in the 2029 class.     LONG-RANGE SNIPER ALERT! Monika continued her breakout summer with multiple sensational performances (nearly 30 points per game!). Her quick 1st step and court vision make her hard to contain in 1v1 situations off-the bounce. Monika has a natural feel for the game. She has a quick, compact release, allowing her to get her shot off whenever she chooses. The shooting range, accuracy, and contested shot-making ability all stand out.     Jadyn already has good size, athleticism, and all-around scoring ability. She finishes through contact, plays physical, and impacts the game in multiple areas. Jadyn has good touch around the basket. Her mid-range game is impressive. Loads of potential on the defensive end. Jadyn already has offers from the likes of ASU And UNLV. Keep an eye on her development moving forward.     Alexa averaged 16 a game in the loaded Destination Irvine Division. Shifty, composed guard who can get downhill with ease. She has several moves in her arsenal: jab steps, spin moves, stepbacks, etc. You trust her running the show as your lead guard. Alexa can score inside and out. She shot over 50% from long-range! Creates her own shot at a very high level.
