Hoop Group Jersey Shore Live – 2028 Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It was a busy weekend of games at Multi-Sports Kingdom and Superdome Brick and these 2028 players put on a great show.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Haley Johnson - CJ Hawks</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Haley is good at attacking downhill. She showed a hop step finish on a dribble drive on Friday night. She got to two feet when the defense closed and finished strong with her left hand. She did an excellent job defending on the ball and getting multiple steals which she turned into layups at the other end. As a sophomore at Toms River South, Haley was 3rd on the team in 3-pointers, rebounds and assists.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Hope Yetman - CJ Hawks</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hope did an excellent job diving to the rim for open layups when her defender went to double the ball. She got to two feet in the paint for a pull up over the defense in transition. She displayed a confident shooting stroke when her defenders left their hands down on the perimeter. Defensively, she used her length very well inside to disrupt shots and guard without fouling and routinely cleaned the glass. Off the ball, she was active and got her hands in passing lanes for deflections. As a sophomore at Middletown North HS, Hope led the team in rebounding and was 3rd in scoring, blocks and steals.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Anissa Harris - Delco Goats</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Anissa is a strong, athletic downhill attacker. She made good decisions with the ball. She never forced the action, but knows when to attack. She dsiplayed excellent footwork in the paint off the dribble. She moved people around inside enabling her to get good position inside for rebound putbacks. She did a very good job finishing inside. Anissa was also an active defender both on and off the ball and creating steals which she converted into layups.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Eva Murray - Heat Hoops</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Eva did a great job getting downhill and also cutting to the rim off the ball. When she got in the paint with the ball, she made good decisions. Her head was always up and she read the 2nd defender and kicked it out for open shots when the double came inside. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
