Her gameplay was so fascinating, making her performance thrilling to watch. Izzy kept her attention on her opponent, who had control of the ball. As she did so, she was able to force several missed shots for the opposing team. At one point in the game, one of her opponents was headed toward the end of the court, ball in hand. Izzy caught up with her, propelled herself off the ground with a powerful jump and intercepted just as her opponent was gearing up to shoot.   Did getting caught up in a high ball screen throw Izzy off her game? Absolutely not! She consistently showcased toughness by effortlessly cutting right through screens. Izzy prevented several open scoring opportunities, kept contact with her assignment, and always recovered quickly. Izzy also displayed fabulous hustling skills when she would prevent simple fast-break baskets and would catch loose balls before they rolled off the court, creating an extra possession.       She can skillfully adapt to any role, she has excellent coordination and plays great help defense. This is [player_tooltip player_id='1243186' first='Aniyah' last='Perkins']. Having an athlete who can effortlessly switch between different roles can mean the difference between success and failure, Aniyah is like a chameleon in the way she can blend into any role and play with near-perfection. At one point in the match, Aniyah moved into a point-guard position from a defensive position and was able to create more scoring opportunities for her where there were few. Aniyah showed off her excellent coordination by maintaining complete control of her body and playing out multiple movements with ease all without slowing down even once.   Now let's talk about her great help defense abilities. Aniyah showed high levels of defensive awareness, by knowing the exact moments to slide in to aid her teammates in disrupting the opposing team's offensive action. When Aniyah saw that one of her teammates was beaten off the dribble, she slid in from the weak side and successfully cut off the drive. [player_tooltip player_id='1243149' first='Madelyn' last='Douglass'] is undoubtedly the anchor for her team, she handles her craft with much care and precision. Madelyn knows how to avoid making unnecessary mistakes, she can contribute without having possession, and to top it off she can box out like a pro. At one point in the match, Madelyn scanned the court and relocated to create space, her opponent who had control of the ball advanced on her position. Madelyn quickly recaptured the ball and made a quick pass to one of her teammates instead of attempting to make a risky long-shot basket. Every move Madelyn made on the court she made with purpose, poise, and discipline. Rather than forcing a very risky pass right in the middle of the action, Madelyn knew to pull the ball out and reset the offense.   Now let's talk about her boxing out abilities. Madelyn knows the fundamentals of boxing out by heart, as she would crea she made on the court waste several rebounding opportunities for her team. At one point in the match, one of her opponents shot the ball towards the basket, Madelyn acting as the forward, made contact and stole it away from the basket, thus allowing one of her teammates to grab the rebound.       [player_tooltip player_id='1243133' first='Tenley' last='Walder'] has an admirable team-first mindset, she can pick out a mismatch like a needle in a haystack, and can beautifully mirror the movements of her opponents. It's always so refreshing to see a player who always has her team's best interest in mind. Tenley kept a very selfless attitude through the match, contributing through communication, effort, and never playing selfishly. Even when she wasn't landing baskets, Tenley could be seen cheering on her teammates keeping the morale high. She also played out effective screens and would hustle for those rebounds whenever she could.   When Tenley was on the court she was constantly recognizing mismatches, and mirroring movements with near perfection. At a certain point in the match after a defensive switch, Tenley acting as a point guard, noticed that her post player was being guarded by a defensive player who was much smaller than her. Now Tenley could have kept to the original play, but she knew that would not work in this instance. Instead, she immediately fed the ball directly into the post, which resulted in a basket. Tenley also displayed fabulous mirroring abilities, she would match the ball handler's movements with refined footwork, thus dispelling any chance of penetration.       [player_tooltip player_id='1848151' first='Harlie' last='Tenbrink']; she has great shooting mechanics, crisp off-the-ball movements, and even when she misses a shot she still stays confident. Harlie displayed strong off-ball instincts by switching up positions into open space on the court, all while keeping proper offensive spacing. During one point in the game, Harlie relocated around the perimeter after quickly passing the ball to one of her teammates, creating a perfect separation for an open three-point attempt. Harlie's shooting mechanics are also worth noting. She combined balanced footwork with, precise alignment, and a clean release.   However, just because a player can shoot well, doesn't mean they always make the basket, and even when Harlie missed a shot this didn't dampen her spirit. She kept right on playing her hardest, and never once let it get her down. Showing just how important it is to keep a positive attitude even when things don't go the way you want.
