Gabrielle, a post player for Howell, showed she is ready to step into a key interior role this season following the graduation of Miss Basketball, bringing steady production and presence in the paint at Northwood Team Camp. She made her impact felt on the defensive end with strong shot-blocking ability, altering and rejecting attempts around the rim. Gabrielle also rebounded well on both ends of the floor, consistently securing possessions and limiting second-chance opportunities for opponents. Offensively, she established position early, did a good job sealing defenders in the post, and set solid screens that helped free up teammates for open looks. Her physicality, effort, and reliability inside gave her team a dependable anchor in the frontcourt.       Lucy, a forward for Fenton, brought a strong interior presence at Northwood Team Camp with her physical play and consistent effort around the basket. She attacked the lane with confidence, absorbing contact and still finding ways to finish or create advantage situations for her team. Lucy worked diligently to establish position in the post and was effective in setting solid screens that helped free up teammates on the perimeter and cutting lanes. On the glass, she was active on both ends of the floor, securing rebounds in traffic and helping her team control possessions. Her toughness, effort, and willingness to do the dirty work made her a steady contributor in the frontcourt.     Charlei, a forward for Fenton, showed her versatility as an inside-out threat at Northwood Team Camp, impacting the game in a variety of ways. She is a capable perimeter shooter who knocked down shots from beyond the arc, including a key three-pointer in an overtime win over Goodrich that helped keep her team alive in the OT Tournament. Charlei also scored effectively around the rim, finishing with both hands and using a strong slash-and-finish game when attacking downhill. On the glass, she was active and persistent, collecting multiple offensive rebounds and extending possessions for her team. Her combination of perimeter shooting, interior scoring, and hustle plays made her a valuable and reliable frontcourt presence.     Ellee, a post player for Midland, had a productive and versatile showing at Northwood Team Camp, impacting the game on both ends of the floor. She protected the rim well, finishing the day with multiple blocks and altering shots around the basket with her presence inside. Offensively, she showed touch in the paint with a tough turnaround jumper that proved difficult for defenders to stop. Ellee also expanded her game to the perimeter, knocking down a three-pointer from the top of the key. She drew contact and converted an and-one opportunity, while also staying active on the glass with numerous offensive rebounds that led to put-back scores. Her ability to defend, rebound, and score in multiple ways made her a steady interior force throughout the day.     Dakota, a post player for Goodrich, is just a freshman but was given opportunities at Northwood Team Camp to show what she can bring to the defending state champions. She competed well in the paint, rebounding effectively and consistently working to establish strong position inside. Dakota also showed good awareness in her role, setting solid screens that helped create open looks for her guards on the perimeter. Her effort, physicality, and willingness to do the small things stood out as she continues to grow into her role within the frontcourt rotation.
