More Standouts at the FL-GA Fall Showcase

The FL-GA Showcase featured plenty of talent, and numerous players turned in strong performances throughout the day. From shooting and playmaking to athleticism, defense, and high-energy efforts, there was no shortage of players who made an impression in front of college coaches. In this article, we continue our look at some of the standout performances from the showcase.    Nahla really stood out. She ran the floor well. She finished at the basket, especially on her left side - her dominant strong side. Samajlovic showcased a nice shooting stroke she showed a nice4 float game, showed an ability to get to the rim and score through physicality. Smajlovic 's brought a lot of physicality to the event and showcased her rebounding ability along with toughness.     [player_tooltip player_id='741336' first='Iliana' last='Dorvilus'] was another standout at the FL-GA Showcase, continuing right where she left off the previous week. Dorvilus once again showcased her skill set and ability to create with the ball in her hands. She used her quickness and hesitation moves to get defenders off balance, penetrate the defense, and create scoring opportunities for herself and her teammates. Despite being a smaller guard, Dorvilus has a knack for creating space and finding ways to get her shot off. She continues to show a nice combination of scoring, playmaking, and control from the point guard position.     [player_tooltip player_id='1274905' first='Makenna' last='Enfinger'] was shooting the ball at a high level at the FL-GA Showcase and established herself as one of the top shooters in the building. Enfinger has a nice-looking perimeter shot, but there is more to her game than shooting. She plays with a high basketball IQ, understands spacing, and does a good job of putting herself in the right position on the floor. Enfinger can also attack off the dribble and get to the rim, making her more difficult to defend than a player who simply spots up from the perimeter.     [player_tooltip player_id='1000779' first='Lucia' last='Warner'] made her presence felt on the defensive end at the FL-GA Showcase. Warner did a good job protecting the paint and showed her timing as a shot blocker, but she wasn't limited to defending around the basket. She also stepped out and covered on the perimeter, showing some defensive versatility on that end of the floor. Warner competed hard, ran the floor well, and also showed the ability to contribute offensively. Her defensive effort and ability to impact the game in multiple areas made her one of the players who stood out throughout the showcase.     [player_tooltip player_id='1039029' first='Mateja' last='Allen'] was really impressive on the court and packed a serious punch with her 5'2" frame. Her quickness stoodout and her ability to get into the heart of the defense and make plays solidified her as a playmaker. On one play, Allen stole the ball from behind , attacked the rim and kicked out to an open three point shooter. Allen is a player to watch this upcoming season. She is a player who impacts both ends of the court.     [player_tooltip player_id='1833969' first='Danielle' last='Dube'] performed well at the FL-GA Showcase, and if anything, her stock went up. Dube showcased excellent footwork in the paint while also shooting efficiently from the three-point line. She displayed good court vision and the ability to deliver some nice passes to teammates, showing that she can impact the game in several ways. Dube played with great versatility throughout the showcase and displayed a lot of poise and polish in her game.
