Offseason Radar Watch Region 6-3A

Here we evaluate some of the best players in Region 6-3A prior to the start of the upcoming school season. People should definitely be aware of these five hoopers, as they have the potential to make some real noise with their individual games in the 2026-2027 school season.    In her freshman season, [player_tooltip player_id='1559084' first='Molly' last='Bratton'] proved to be one of the best perimeter defenders in her region.   She had multiple games with seven or more steals in her first season of high school hoops, including a game against Collinwood High School. Her ability to play up on defenders and stay with them helps generate a lot of the runover she creates.   Bratton is also a solid fastbreak scorer. She has good speed on the dribble when attacking downhill.     [player_tooltip player_id='1820382' first='Gracen' last='Baggett'] is a dynamic scorer.   Baggett can score in bunches from beyond the arc. She has a quick jumper with a high release point, and the combo of the two traits do not come with any loss of accuracy. This past season, she had multiple games with three or more makes from distance.   Baggett can also be a crafty scorer around the basket. She has under control dribble moves that she can utilize to get to the front of the rim. She can also get to the front of the rim on a good cut. At and near the basket, she can score with both her left and right efficiently.     [player_tooltip player_id='1039168' first='Lizzy' last='Sharpton'] is an elite defender and rebounder at the guard position.   Sharpton is able to disrupt the initial point of attack of offensive sets. This helps her team walk away from these possessions with a steal or a bad shot by the opposing team.   Sharpton on offense is a three-level scorer. She has a solid 3-point shot but is also able to attack the paint and put up and convert floaters or other difficult touch shots around the rim. Sharpton as a PG is also a double-digit rebound threat every time she plays. There is no lack of hustle in her game whatsoever.     [player_tooltip player_id='1859609' first='A'karia' last='Reese'] in her sophomore season proved to be one of the best shot blockers in her region.   Reese consistently logged three or more blocks a game. She does a great job using her size, standing 6'3", to her advantage while also not fouling. Reese, for a big, has solid lateral movement that helps her rotate and set up for denials in the paint. In a game last season against Lincoln County High School, she had six blocks.   Reese is also an outstanding rebounder and post-paint scorer.     As a sophomore, [player_tooltip player_id='1322194' first='Genevieve' last='Hickerson'] has a real chance to step up and be Tullahoma's number one scoring option.   As a freshman, Hickerson found a way to carve out a spot in the starting lineup at times, and it was well deserved. Hickerson can score at all three levels, but excels as a driver. She is a physical and relentless scorer. She can score through contact and is always a second-chance scoring threat   Hickerson can also act as the primary creator on offense. She has solid dribbling skills and manages space on the floor well.
