PGH Expo Preview: Senior Prospects Ready to Go Pt 2

The Prep Girls Hoops Expo has 90+ 2027-2029 prospects signed up to compete in Grand Rapids on September 26th. College coaches and scouts will be on the sidelines evaluating prospects throughout the day for rankings and recruiting purposes. Looking at the list, I'm excited to see prospects who will be future difference-makers for college programs at the D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO levels. New names will be making an appearance under the spotlight for the first time. Every player in attendance has an opportunity to make a lasting impression, and all attendees are included in our post-event evaluations. Here are several 2027 prospects who are signed up to attend the PGH Expo, and they all have what it takes to be a contributing member of a college program:    Lily has been a key contributor to the Brandywine program over the years, and she's a big reason why they've been a frequent visitor to the Breslin Center. Lily was a Top Performer at The Expo in 2025, turning in a complete performance and separating herself as one of the best defenders on the court. She received recognition from multiple scouts on the PGH Circuit with Southwest Elite last spring. Sharp handles, dribble burst that makes her difficult to stop from getting to the rim, excellent vision, and a smooth pull-up jumper, Lily has qualities that should separate her at The Expo on Saturday. She enters the event with offers from Tusculum Calvin, Lake Michigan College, Grand Rapids CC, and Lansing CC.     Addie is a scrappy guard who makes the hustle plays and has the skills needed to make a difference in the backcourt. She knocks down the open three, changes hands comfortably with her head up, and makes smooth transfers to finish full-speed layups in traffic. Addie picked up an offer from North Central Michigan College recently and is a prospect I'm excited to see make a splash in front of the college coaches at The Expo on Saturday.     Sheana is a showcase veteran, and she seems to always step up in these competitive environments. Sheana was recognized as All-Showcase Second Team at the Michigan State Showcase. Her scrappy and persistent ball pressure on the perimeter gives opposing guards fits. She's competitive and makes the effort plays. Sheana is a dual-threat scorer. She knocks down shots confidently from three and slashes to the rim, then finishes through contact. Sheana holds an offer from Alpena CC and will be a playmaker to watch at The Expo on Saturday.     Jeahna earned a spot in the rankings after a solid spring with [program_tooltip program_id='715769' first='Pride' last='Basketball 21'] on the PGH Circuit. She's a threat to score from beyond the arc, aggressively attacks gaps as a downhill driver, and can finish at the rim with her right or left. Jeahna holds an offer from Delta College, and she's a prospect who could pick up additional interest following The Expo on Saturday.     Following an All-Showcase Second Team/All-Defensive Team effort at the 2025 Expo, Aaliyah delivered a repeat performance, receiving All-Showcase Second Team honors at the Michigan State Showcase in March. If she doesn't have college offers right now, Aaliyah certainly should have a handful of opportunities. She has that long/athletic frame that translates to the college game as a guard. Her quickness and swarming pressure gives opposing ball-handlers nightmares. Aaliyah is dynamic as a downhill driver, and she's very difficult to stop from penetrating off the dribble. Aaliyah goes up strong in traffic, finishes around the basket with good body control, and has the versatility to play inside.
