PGH Wisconsin The Expo Team One Evaluations: Part One

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Expo was in the books, and we saw a talented crop of players who travelled to Appleton, through the fog, to play some basketball on Sunday Morning. Over the next week or so, we will look at the high school players and highlight what they brought to the floor during the 5v5 portion of the event. We had over 80 players at the Expo, and we will highlight what each of them did to stand out in their minutes. Moore has the first step to beat her defender off the dribble and create numerical advantages for her team offensively. She also sees the floor well and can help intiates her team's offense. Cumicek can knock down shots from anywhere on the floor and will shoot over 40% more than likely this winter from the three-point line. She has also become a more confident creator who can generate open looks for her teammates. Shill is a hard-working and athletic player who will make hustle plays on both ends of the floor. The lefty shot the ball well from the perimeter and punished defenses whenever she had room to shoot it. I also loved how comfortable she looked when she had the ball under pressure. She did an excellent job complementing the players around her and making plays on the defensive end. She has the IQ to play off the ball defensively and read passing lanes to help her team generate live-ball turnovers.
