She can score on the block, attack while facing the basket, and pull up for a midrange jumper or an occasional three. Her length helps her contest shots inside and cover on the perimeter. She rebounds well, runs the floor well, and brings energy that helps set the tone for her team. Young is going to be a dominant player as her game continues to develop. She was one of the most impressive young forwards I saw over the summer and fall in the 2030 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1136120' first='Justice' last='Alderman'] has helped her team reach the state's Final Four in each of the past two seasons and is looking to make it three straight. Alderman has shown flashes of dominance, and when she brings that level of play night after night, she's going to be a major problem. She can attack the rim to score or draw the defense and dish to an open teammate. Defensively, her anticipation allows her to jump passing lanes, come up with steals, and turn them into points on the other end. On the offensive wend, Alderman has one of the better-looking shots in the 2030 class. When she increases the consistency of her outside shot, she is going to raise the game of her teammates in addition to herself.

[player_tooltip player_id='1320105' first='Biannca' last='Scott']'s strength is her ability to run the point with speed, vision, and control. She handles the basketball confidently and plays with a selfless approach, keeping teammates involved while finding opportunities to attack. Her quickness and competitive spirit also show on the defensive end, allowing her to contribute on both ends of the floor. At the Flagler Camp, the young guard was impressive enough to earn praise from a college coach. Scott is poised to play her role and have a breakout season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1851336' first='Cam' last='Dixon'] is a young forward who put in some quality minutes during travel season. Dixon is still developing her game and learning how to create space when she shoots it. She plays good defense inside and can also score, especially when not facing resistance. Dixon rebounds well and can initiate the break with quality outlet passes. As her game progresses, she is going to make a big impression on her team.

[player_tooltip player_id='1862197' first='Delaysia' last='Morris'] stood out on the defensive end and in transition the few times I saw her. Morris defended well on the perimeter and was strong on the inside. Morris is athletic and runs the floor well on the break. The young Morris scored well on the inside. Her strength and athleticism stood out. Morris has the ability to contribute right away whether she scores a single point or not.

[player_tooltip player_id='1851765' first='Olivia' last='Beyer']'s basketball IQ, anticipation, and decision-making were the parts of her game that really stood out. Her offensive skill set continues to grow, while her court awareness already gives her a way to contribute on the defensive end of the floor.
