The young guard maintains composure under pressure and has ability to stay calm in live-ball situations and does a good job of knocking down shots on the perimeter. She shows solid awareness on both ends of the floor, and plays within herself without rushing. Her ability to score on offense combined with her defense and calm approach and decision-making, points to a player with developing basketball IQ and long-term upside. She is poised for continued growth and a special evaluation period.

Justice Alderman Justice Alderman 5'1" | SG/CG Hilliard | 2030 FL had the three-ball rolling earlier in the week against Creekside- knocking down 4 threes and finishing with 17 points. Alderman shoots the three ball with great range and great touch, and most importantly, with great confidence. The young guard can also get downhill and get to the basket and score.

Justice Alderman Justice Alderman 5'1" | SG/CG Hilliard | 2030 FL  was another young player (7th grader) who played well. Alderman can handle the ball, plays good defense, and can shoot the three with good form and confidence. Alderman sets up well and shoots on balance. Her second half three pointer from the top of the key was smooth and effortless. Alderman was very good on the defensive end and showed the ability on several occasions to rip the ball from a defender off the dribble. Alderman has great court presence and speed on the court.
