Justice Alderman Justice Alderman 5'1" | SG/CG Hilliard | 2030 FL brings instant energy to the floor and attacks gaps that are difficult to cover. She can get to the rim going left or right, and her explosiveness keeps constant pressure on the defense. Alderman is always on the attack, and she can counter that with a very good three point shot. When she shoots with confidence, she is one of the top shooters in this class.

Defensively, Alderman competes with the same intensity. She applies pressure on the ball, creates steals, and can turn a defensive play into transition offense as well as anyone. Her quickness allows her to go from defense to offense in an instant and score quickly. Alderman stood out at the most recent showcase with her intensity, athleticism, and explosiveness. Those skills separate her from most, and those skills will be on display this upcoming weekend. Alderman is poised to set the tone on both ends of the court.

Justice Alderman Justice Alderman 5'1" | SG/CG Hilliard | 2030 FL was a beast at the showcase and didn’t even go into her outside shooting bag. Her speed, quickness, and ability to get downhill and score or facilitate stood out. Her defensive pressure created turnovers all day, and she turned those plays into buckets. One sequence summed up her game: she pressured the ball handler, caused a turnover, filled the wing, received the pass, and finished with her left hand. For a young guard, Alderman’s combination of speed, defensive intensity, playmaking, and ability to finish with either hand made her a “problem” on both ends of the floor. Alderman has shown potential to be one of the best shooters in her class. When she shoots it with faith, she is even more of a problem.

Justice Alderman Justice Alderman 5'1" | SG/CG Hilliard | 2030 FL came out of the gates with energy and was ready to compete from the start. Her ability to get up and down the floor stood out among almost everyone at the FL-Ga Showcase. Alderman showed that she can attack the basket and score, while also creating opportunities for her teammates. She can also knock down shots from the perimeter, but what stood out most was her energy and effort on both ends of the court. Whether she was defending, running the floor, or making plays in transition, Alderman consistently played with a high motor.

Justice Alderman Justice Alderman 5'1" | SG/CG Hilliard | 2030 FL is a composed young guard with good ball-handling skills and even better shooting skills. The young guard maintains composure under pressure and has ability to stay calm in live-ball situations and does a good job of knocking down shots on the perimeter. She shows solid awareness on both ends of the floor, and plays within herself without rushing. Her ability to score on offense combined with her defense and calm approach and decision-making, points to a player with developing basketball IQ and long-term upside. She is poised for continued growth and a special evaluation period.

Justice Alderman Justice Alderman 5'1" | SG/CG Hilliard | 2030 FL had the three-ball rolling earlier in the week against Creekside- knocking down 4 threes and finishing with 17 points. Alderman shoots the three ball with great range and great touch, and most importantly, with great confidence. The young guard can also get downhill and get to the basket and score.

Justice Alderman Justice Alderman 5'1" | SG/CG Hilliard | 2030 FL  was another young player (7th grader) who played well. Alderman can handle the ball, plays good defense, and can shoot the three with good form and confidence. Alderman sets up well and shoots on balance. Her second half three pointer from the top of the key was smooth and effortless. Alderman was very good on the defensive end and showed the ability on several occasions to rip the ball from a defender off the dribble. Alderman has great court presence and speed on the court.
