Tipp is one of the smoothest players in Texas, and she has already shown me enough in person see evaluation here to place her in that group who can take games over from either end. She’s heady and grasps the little things that turn out to be big because she plays the passing lane, rebounds, and can nail clutch shots with a hand in her face, but her growth in going coast to coast after rebounding to score while being pressured has gotten better, so has her court vision but her EURO was one of the best at the event

Tipp has made several of my Tip Sheets before playing her first high school game, see evaluation here, and I always say, “Here’s a TIP,” she is going to create some problems for defenders. No matter what the setting is, she finds a way to show that being “long and athletic” is the base. Her first has gotten even better as she scores off the dribble and drops the jumper, but her defense, including timing to block, has improved

Tipp left me a TIP the first time I saw her play, and that was “watch what’s coming” so as she continues to show “on the court” progression, her variety of ways to score was on full display at the camp. She does a good job creating her shot, keep in mind older players were defending her, and dropping the jumper was solid, so was her “stop and pop” in transition, but her seeing the floor across the board looked good

Tipp is one of the most versatile players in her area class, and watching her play multiple positions effectively, partly because she’s heady as she understands positioning, which helps her outrebound taller players, plus her body control around the basket, as well as her outside shooting keeps getting better see evaluations here

Tipp showed me something I love seeing and that was “she understands how to put the ball in the basket multiple ways”. Mid to long-range is solid, yes she creates her shot under pressure but she also creates contact by attacking the basket to finish. She also gave me the “catch and shoot” with a hand in her face but she scored around the basket, putbacks included saw the floor, and drumroll please, played the passing lane

Tipp gave me plenty of TIPS on what’s coming as she too showed a mean HEZ to get the defender off balance so she could score. Her deceptive first step was nice, as was her court vision yet watching her create her shot and drop the jumper while being defended, had me smiling
