Gille continues to elevate her game, and the exciting part is that she’s still only an underclassman. What stands out most are the intangibles she brings to the floor: relentless hustle, natural knack for finding the ball, and strong basketball awareness allow her to make an impact beyond the stat sheet. She has a great feel for the game and consistently puts herself in positions to make winning plays. Not to mention an outside shot that continues to improve…

Gille has made a dozen of my Tip Sheets see evaluations here, and watching her “on the court” progression has been great. Her high BB-IQ and ability to score in multiple ways grabbed my attention early, yet it all started to add up as her mom graduated high school in 2005, the deepest Houston area class ever

Gille left a lasting first impression on my first sighting and has continued to add more to her game see evaluations here yet at Clash Of The Clubs, she has grown even more on and off the court. I knew she could score but showing she’s capable of running a teaming controlling the tempo looked good

Physical, disciplined defender who is instrumental in a half-court trap. Impressive awareness and control in transition defense, as she consistently gets in front and challenging shots without sending opponents to the line.

Gille wastes no time showing how relevant she can be without scoring and playing back what I’ve seen from the past, see evaluations here it’s fun to see what she’s becoming right before my eyes. She stays under control and not only handles the ball but sees the floor under pressure, but her “on the ball” defense and playing the passing lane has improved, plus her jumper was clicking

Gile hustles on every possession, tying up the ball to win extra chances for her team and pushing the pace when the defense relaxes. Stepped up with a second half surge in the final game of the day, showing her ability to outlast and outwork opponents! Her relentless energy and fearless mentality make her stand out as a true competitor.

Gille has also made an abundance of Tip Sheets, see evaluations here, and let me say this, her being poised under pressure and knocking down big shots down the stretch are things you can’t teach, so her defense and playing the passing lane stood out as she read the floor, but she also saw the floor and made good decisions. Her jumper was also clicking, with a hand in her face

Gille falls into that “Tip Sheet Waiting To Happen” group not only because she’s heady and stays under control while being pressured, but also because she can play the 1 or 2 effectively, see evaluations here. To the novices who don’t understand a player being able to make decisions in clutch situations, you won’t get this, but she continues to add things like the spin move to score, yet her court vision across the board is getting her teammates easy looks

Gille is listed as a combo guard because once again, she showed me she could run both the 1 and the 2, and again, older players were defending her, so seeing her handle the pressure and make the right decision was nice. Her passes in traffic, I call that “threading the needle” were nice, so was her jumper from outside. She also scored off the dribble and did a good job playing the passing lane

Gille left a lasting first impression the first time I saw her over a year ago at an Individual Showcase and this was before I realized her mom was one of the standouts from that area Houston class from 2005 where over 100 players went on to the next level, 44 of those D1 so I’ve been watching her show me she can run the 1 or 2 with ease see evaluations here
