Brackens is a household name in Fairfield Texas starting with college and NFL stardom to her sister and cousin leading their high school to multiple state championships. Not only did she join them, but she was also named MVP in the 3A Division 1 helping lead her team to yet another title by putting them on her back down the stretch to close it out

Richmond has continued to show a transformation over the years from being primarily a role player who could run the 1 or 2 efficiently into a player who can not only score in droves but her team on her back in clutch situations by finding ways to put the ball into the basket see evaluation here from the Spring Creek Mansfield Invitational

Johnson left a lasting first impression years ago, after all, she was "long and athletic" which is and always will be the base, but watching her timing and doing things instinctively as well as reacting in certain situations told me what was coming. She rebounded on both ends and even handled the ball afterward to help lead her team to the 5A Division 2 title but her scoring around the basket and defense earned her All-Tournament honors

Jackson makes the biggest jump in the rankings and watching her show me the same explosiveness which had me initially add her a few years ago had me smiling. She's a "long and athletic" guard, yeah, that too is the base, and her jumper, whether she's creating it in the set or dropping it in transition has been clicking, as so many things have as well see evaluation here

Dickson falls into that "I knew her before she was born" group and she was born to play as my daughter, her mom and aunt, used to play against the boys when they were young but here's the deal, she is becoming one of the top scoring guard in the area, dropping it however she wants and with her being also "long and athletic" she's hard to contain. Her defense has shot up and she plays the passing lane

Thomas has emerged as another "hard to defend" scoring guard in the Houston area because of her being shifty with the ball and able to create her shot under pressure. Her slight HEZ to attack and finish after contact was one of the reasons her team made it to the 6A Division 2 State Championship game and although they came up short, she sent messages that her jumper, mid to long-range, was legit

Peck grabbed my attention last season as she made my New Faces Tip Sheet playing with her Magic club team see evaluation here yet the real MAGIC started in the playoffs. I knew she was good but she took it to another level during the playoffs showing she could score around the basket as well as defend and rebound, her poise under pressure not only helped lead her team to the 4A Division State Championship, but it also earned her MVP honors
