Keene impressed my colleague Nicole Douglas in the 3-on-3, yet the numerous Tip Sheets I’ve dropped on her over the past couple of years have set the stage; see evaluations here. I enjoyed seeing her elevate her game. Her “on-the-ball” pressure has gotten better; so has her court vision, and seeing her ability to “thread the needle” in traffic was nice. She’s finishing stronger off the dribble, and her “catch and shoot” with a hand in her face looked good

Keene has zero regard for her own body when a loose ball is up for grabs, hitting the deck instantly to secure 50/50 possessions for her team. Her physical toughness translates directly into every phase of the game, bringing immediate energy and effort whenever she’s on the floor. She does the small things on the court that don’t show up on the scoreboard and creates an energy that flows to the entire team.

Keene had me go back and open the vault from 2024 see evaluation here because I love going back to say I was right but seeing her continue to advance by going left or right off the dribble showed me something see evaluations here She’s a gamer and has also shown she knock down big shots under pressure

Keene has also made several of my Tip Sheets in the past see evaluations here but she has the right last name because watching her not only play the passing lane to perfection, her court vision in the set as well as in transition looked good. She created her shot under pressure and dropped the jumper while being defended

Keene is heady and stays under control no matter how much pressure is applied, but watching her use a deceptive first step to attack and score is always nice, so is her creating her shot from outside to drop the jumper, catch and shoot included. Her court vision is solid, so is her upside

Keene also has good court vision, in the set as well as in the transition but peep this, she can hit teammates with either hand, which is something I don’t see a lot of. I’m not sure if she’s ambidextrous but I know she can get to the basket and finish plus, guess what, she plays the passing lane and drops the long ball
