For a freshman to conduct the offense with such poise alongside brand-new teammates is noteworthy. Her composure and decision-making set her apart and make her a standout at such an early stage. Also noteworthy, is the fact that Ellison will be in the mix in loose ball situations. She repeatedly used hustle plays to earn extra possessions for her team.

Ellison is one of those #sizedontmatter guards, and one more time, it doesn’t matter when you can play, and not only can she play, but she’s heady and thinks the game, which was apparent by her setting teammates up for easy shots. She also used the slight HEZ to attack and score, yet she created her shot and dropped the jumper, also dropped the “stop and pop”
