2026 Point Guard Update

Circling back around, below is a quick look at the point guards who were included in either the Top 100 or the 125-player watch list. She has length, a wiry-strong frame, and she's a solid athlete in most directions. She does a nice job taking care of the basketball, plus she can make open shots, and she can attack downhill and draw contact, earning trips to the free throw line. She is very quick, she has North/South speed, and she likes to get out and go in transition. She can weave through traffic, create off the dribble in the half-court, but she also has some touch outside. But last Friday was my first opportunity to see her in-person, and she didn't disappoint. She has a fairly strong frame at her size, she is quick with the ball, and she plays with her head up scanning the floor. She had a couple of really nice games way back at the Shamrock Classic, as she caught fire and used her quick trigger to launch 3-pointer after 3-pointer from about 25-feet. She likes to dart through gaps in traffic, and she can collapse defenses in the half-court. But it's her ability to get shots away quickly, and with range, that will draw her attention.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
