The benefits of Schwarz’s summer against top-level EYBL competition were immediately apparent. The 5-foot-11 lefty came flying out of the gates Sunday morning and seemingly never slowed down. Schwarz was everywhere, attacking the glass with tremendous energy and elevating for rebounds at a level we hadn’t seen previously. The nickname of Elaine’s high school is the Awesome Blossoms – appropriate considering how her game is bursting into bloom right now. As her confidence grows, and her experience against the highest level of competition in youth basketball bears fruit, Schwarz just keeps getting better. She scores over smaller defenders, attacks off the bounce and impacts the game without needing the basketball. Already a top-25 prospect in the 2029 class, Schwarz looks increasingly comfortable imposing herself on a game.

The lengthy lefty from Blooming Prairie continues to build her reputation as one of Southern Minnesota’s rising stars. At 6-foot, Schwarz impacts the game everywhere – rebounding, defending, scoring, and creating for teammates. She set a school record with 318 rebounds last season while averaging 12.3 per game. With her wiry frame, athleticism, and quick first step, she scores over smaller defenders and attacks confidently off the bounce. Unselfish and composed, Schwarz plays with poise beyond her years. A natural multi-sport athlete, she’s emerging as a scholarship-level prospect with a rapidly expanding game and growing confidence.

The lengthy lefty out of Blooming Prairie can impact the game all over the court. In the paint, she uses her size and length to shoot over smaller defenders, while her quick first step allows her to take opponents off the bounce.
