26 Points. 8 Steals. 4 Rebounds. That's the stat line that [player_tooltip player_id='502096' first='KeaOnna' last='Worley'] put up in her Missouri Phenom Iowa Team's 4PM contest today. Worley led the way by eating on the defensive end with her quick hands and savvy guard-play. This sparked the team's engine per se and really helped them put together a compete game as a team for a W. We have mentioned Worley for a couple weeks in a row now. If she keeps up play like this, I'm sure that she is going to see a few more collegiate offers before she gets into her Junior year at CR - Prairie.

The Illinois [program_tooltip program_id='716192' first='Wolverinas' last=''] got a HUGE victory against [program_tooltip program_id='712377' first='All' last='Iowa Attack'] 17U EYBL to start off their EYBL tournament. Someone that is always vital for this team is [player_tooltip player_id='442381' first='Allison' last='Linke'] at the Forward/CG position and she was extremely impactful throughout this entire day. Following this Game 1, the [program_tooltip program_id='716192' first='Wolverinas' last=''] had to face a dominant North Tartan 17U EYBL team. It was a fight but in the end, they fell just short and not to due to lack of effort. Linke did her thing, scoring at Will under the bucket on either block and playing defense with conviction on the other end today. [program_tooltip program_id='712375' first='All' last='in'] all, very resectable effort out of Linke and company throughout their first two showings.

The Michigan Crossover 15U EYBL team went 1-1 for Day 1 of EYBL Nike Nationals. Their PG Riley Schellhammer did all that she could to help lead her team in both contests, scoring 15 points in a win to start the day and she followed that up with a 35+ point performance in a L against Cal Stars 15U EYBL. This event isn't close to being over. This Crossover team is going to compete the next few days and make it really interesting coming into bracket play. If everyone else steps up around her, they are going to be a tough out moving forward. We just have to see how everyone responds after a tough battle from the team from Cali.

[program_tooltip program_id='712377' first='All' last='Iowa Attack'] 17U EYBL lost their first game of EYBL Nike Nationals to the EYCL play-in team out of Chicago, the [program_tooltip program_id='716192' first='Wolverinas' last='']. One of the players that kept the Attack in it was Ashlyn Koupal. Koupal is a SF that loves to shoot the three ball. She did that pretty well as things dwindled down in the 4th of this first game to stay steady, hit big shots, and defend at a solid rate. I would say she was one of the only prospects for the Attack that was efficient in multiple facets of the game and that was notable as things came to an end. Koupal is going to be a killer at the D1 P4 level. If she expands her game over time to more of an inside presence, watch out.

[player_tooltip player_id='732504' first='Campbell' last='Thulin'] was a big play maker during her teams first W of the day against the [program_tooltip program_id='712377' first='All' last='Iowa Attack']. In overtime Thulin hit a big three from the top the key and then follow that possession up with a great bounce pass to the post for an easy bucket at the rim. This type of game never comes down to one play. No matter what anyone says but these two plays definitely tilled the momentum of this contest in the favor of the [program_tooltip program_id='716192' first='Wolverinas' last='']. That's for sure.
