Week 2 at the Elite 80 did not disappoint. On 8/23/25, the talent was fun to watch in the William Blount gymnasium. Below are a few new names to remember:

When you put up close to 40 points in a single game with an efficient shooting mark, your name deserves to be mentioned! Stinnett is a young star! Harper is an elite athlete that is extremely tough to guard. She will hit you with the step back. She will beat you off the dribble. She will score at will whenever she wants. Stinnett is one of the savviest kids that you will find on the court. She makes the correct reads and her passing ability is next level! She is one of the BEST rebounding guards that you will find, and she is only a '29. I never like to mention "levels" but this kid is a next level athlete that will play at the highest level!

Roach is the athlete that you want on your team. She is strong and plays with great physicality. I was left extremely impressed by the play from Brookelyn. She does a great job attacking and getting to the rim. She contributes in every aspect! Roach is one of the do-it-all kids. Not only does she do-it-all, but she does it all with 110%. She makes the correct reads on the floor. She makes people around her better. In my opinion, Brookelyn should definitely be mentioned with the top of the '28 class!

A play by play recap for Sivert: She makes the nice pass, she gets the offensive rebound with the strong put back, she gets the defensive rebound the very next play to go coast to coast for a score. You can expect to see this any time you watch Rylee play. She is ready to get any board and get to the other side of the floor. She can control the tempo. She's a versatile athlete that does a great job at numerous positions on the court. Rylee is definitely an upcoming athlete to keep your eyes on!

Rylee is definitely one of my favorite guards to watch in the '27 class! She's a next level athlete that plays incredibly strong. She is one of the top defenders in the state. Bolling will make you work every possession, and she is going to play physical without fouling. Offensively, she can score from all 3 levels. If you play off, she is drilling the long ball. She has a great first step that she knows exactly how to use to beat you off the dribble. She can do X, Y, and Z on the basketball court! My advice to ALL college coaches- offer this one ASAP!

When you watch Morristown East this school year, make sure to watch Kennady! This is a class of '29 athlete that should be highly recruited by college coaches! She knows exactly how to draw contact and finish through it! She is good at getting to her spot, and making the defense fall apart. She will be the athlete that averages a double-double. She already makes 15 points and 7 rebounds look easy. This '29 class is a great one in the state of TN, and Kennady is definitely one of the top all-around athletes!
