Ava put up nice numbers at Flowers and I am expecting that to continue this year as they make a championship run to challenge North Point. She spent the summer with Team Museum showing good vision, rebounding and the ability to finish plays. She made a slight bump up in the rankings with her consistency.

Malia is a solid rebounder and joins the list by way of her play at the Nike Nationals. She has good size to defend inside and can stretch the floor we her range reaching out to the three point line. She is an excellent free throw shoot and her attempts from the charity stripe is almost a guarantee.

Adina is a newcomer to the rankings and should add an interior boost to the Bulldogs roster. She is long and a good rebounder and she finishes well off of the offensive glass. She already has chemistry built with teammate [player_tooltip player_id='785451' first='Ivanna' last='Wilson-Manyacka'] as they spent time together on the summer UAA circuit. Challenging each other in practice will only make her a better player.

Kamia is showing tremendous potential, and the move to Mt. Zion may be the added boost she needs to elevate her game to the next level. This season will be an important test to see if all of her dedication and training begin to translate consistently on the court. She continues to develop her confidence, looking more comfortable making plays within the flow of the game on both ends. Defensively, she is solid on the ball, using her speed to pressure other guards.

Jenna has consistently flirted with double-doubles last season and over the summer, we believe this season could be the one where that becomes her standard output. She has the length and athleticism to impact the game on both ends of the floor, using her size to secure rebounds and finish inside. Defensively, her presence in the lane is disruptive, forcing guards to alter shots and think twice before attacking the rim. Jenna has all the tools to establish herself as a reliable double-double threat night in and night out.
