Those who haven't witnessed her recent performances should make a point to see her play. With strong interest from several Division 1 programs, including an offer from Utah Valley University, Speardon is well-positioned to showcase her abilities this season. Her game has matured noticeably, particularly evident in her improved footwork. She now displays better balance, which allows her to execute her moves more effectively. Speardon excels at maintaining good ball control and utilizing a soft touch. She's become adept at maneuvering around the paint, securing advantageous positions, and using her touch effectively from the perimeter. Her shooting range has also expanded, as she now confidently shoots from around 15 feet and beyond. Her game has expanded with a reliable outside shot, allowing her to score effectively from beyond the arc, the mid-range, and at the rim. She demonstrates lead guard skills and can be impactful even without the ball. Clark was in the midrange a lot last year, either on cuts or in the mid-post, and having her use those turnaround jumpers or pushing out with a dribble beyond the arc could help her shoot in prime spots to help her score more points.
