KJ Pinchon is going to be a big question mark coming into this Winter but I think she is going to standout as one of the state's best Forwards with her athletic ability, her natural skill as a Forward, & her willingness to adapt in quick situations. It also helps that the team she is joining up with is stacked but that is beyond the point. If Pinchon does what we think she is capable of, Lincoln North Star will be dominant this Winter and they will win their Classes State Title. Pinchon comes into this season with 2 Division-1 offers on the table. I'm not sure if she will field any more before committing but if she does, I would not be surprised.

[player_tooltip player_id='758994' first='Abbi' last='Durow'] is going to kill it this season as it pertains to her individual stat line. Her team should win a bunch of games as well so that helps but the main reason for that being because of the play of their main producers. Producers like Durow for example. Durow will work on and off the ball all Winter long. She will bring it up as PG #1 at times and she will move off the ball at times. It just depends on the matchup, the strategic situation, & what is being told to her by the coaching staff. With her fast dribble, better than average vision, and quick movement - she should be committed to play at the next level in no time but as for now, she is still available for anyone still searching for playmakers out of the 2026 Class.

[player_tooltip player_id='757573' first='Avery' last='Kissinger'] of St. Cecilia High School is a multiple sport athlete, who has proven that she is a born winner over her high school career. Kissinger received a lot of love early on in her basketball career, bringing in multiple offers from around the state of Nebraska. Since then, she hasn't been sought after as much and I think her playing multiple sports has something do to with that. This is still a viable option for several programs out there as a recruit. Kissinger has feel for the game, she makes crafty plays when she has too, she is a great teammate, and she seems to always leave it all out on the floor with her effort every time she competes. She might not be the one that is going to score 25 for you every single night but she will make her presence known in one way or another, whenever plausible and that's noteworthy.

There has been a lot of interest over the past few months for [player_tooltip player_id='820515' first='McKenna' last='Powell'] of Lincoln North Star High School. Powell is a 5'11 SG with a solid stroke from deep. Its fundamental, it's uniform every single time she lets it go and her footwork with her balance is always spot on. Powell transferred into this program after her Freshman or Sophomore season and she is ready to show what she can offer. This is a hooper that doesn't need a lot of space or time to get off a solid shot attempt and once she see's one go in, it's tough to slow her down from deep. I'm not sure where Powell will eventually end up but whoever is getting her, is getting someone with some serious game.

[player_tooltip player_id='757592' first='Sanai' last='Foster'] ended up not finishing out the AAU season but to think that someone at 6'2 with some athletic ability and a beautiful shooting stroke isn't wanted by someone at the next level is somewhat insane. Foster brings that natural size and prowess that all coaches love to work with. Offensively, her shooting stroke is solid and she makes a lot of good choices with the ball in her position. This Winter Westside will be down a few players due to graduation and transfers so Foster should have the chance to step up in a major way. If she does that and is motivated enough to play at the next level, she might be able to help someone out before you know it.
