Gardner-Edgerton, Lawrence, Lawrence Free State, Shawnee Mission North, Olathe East, Olathe North, Olathe Northwest, Olathe South, Olathe West, Shawnee Mission Northwest, Shawnee Mission South, Shawnee Mission West, Shawnee Mission East
Mollie Elfrink, G, 2020, Shawnee Mission Northwest
Another guard who can come away with a steal and score from distance. Elfrink plays with a lot of grit and looks to collapse on the ball and fight through contact. She can hit shots from distance and looks to step away from opponents giving her the extra amount of space she needs to get the shot off.
Molly Kaemmer, F, 2020, Olathe East
A terrific rebounder who shows up on both ends of the floor. She plays physical and comes through as she is always looking to make an impact in the paint. Kaemmer is great at finishing plays and can connect with a floater style shot. She has a strong frame and shows a knack for rebounding on both ends. She can block shots and uses her frame to her advantage when things get physical inside. Kaemmer is currently averaging 11.3 rebounds per game, a Sunflower League high by two rebounds.
Madison Koller, 5’10, F, 2020, Shawnee Mission North
A smart forward for North who has good size and an understanding of her position in the paint. Koller is listed at 5’10 and has good length and athleticism and shows some good footwork when opponents drive in the paint on her strong side. She looks to contest shots and gets up the floor to make a play on offense but is quick to get back on defense as well. She’s an unselfish player and makes good extra passes and looks to feed the ball to scores on the perimeter if she doesn’t have an open shot.
Sophie Reed, 5’10, G/F, 2020, Olathe South
An underrated prospect who stretches the floor and has solid hand-eye coordination. Reid has been a player on our radar for some time given her size, versatility and overall athleticism. She is good at attacking the floor and is a strong rebounder and off ball scorer. She can play on the perimeter and inside and stretches the floor with her three-point range. Reed recently committed to Simpson College.
Mary Reiber, 5’5, G, 2020, Olathe Northwest
A standout for Precision Athletics who brings a tough nature to the floor. Reiber is a creative ball-handler who also showcases her physicality and toughness on defense. She hustles on both ends of the floor and is creative and has good instincts. She just knows how to find separation and can use her frame well when she drives inside and is looking to score off the glass. Also a player who can connect from three-point range and facilitate well.
