Journee Harris-5’5 G
Harris is strong, she plays defense like there’s no tomorrow and her strength can also be somewhat overpowering when she attacks the rim but watching her finish, after contact, over and over spoke volumes as well as her ball-handling, under pressure and court vision
Jaelyn Morrison-5’9 G
Morrison put on a display of her arsenal of offensive weapons and watching her create magic in the open court had me going because she can thread the needle and create her shot, under pressure yet her first step makes things happen as she finishes strong over and over
A’Cya Narcisse-5’7 G
Narcisse is athletic and understands the simple things that add up to big ones like setting picks the proper way, boxing out on defense as well as switching and although those things may not show up in the box score, there vital yet she showed she could score and rebound
Breniya Arnold-5’8 G
Arnold also brings some power off the dribble and watching her attack the basket relentlessly while being guard both in the one on one drills and when the bright lights shined in the games, she shined brightly finishing strongly after contact. Another big plus is her ballhandling in the open court, going coast to coast
Maggie Hutka-6’1 F
Hutka is long and athletic, remember class, that’s the base I look at but I also look at upside and potential and since she already can finish, it certainly hurt to have a pull-up jumper and when she put it on the floor while being defended and hit it, awe yeah\
Kelis Grant-5’6 G
Grant did well going through the drills so what she did during the game didn’t surprise me because I saw what was coming. She sizes the defense up, she’s athletic so she has options and creating your shot while being defended is a plus, it also adds up when you make it and she did plus she attacks off the dribble
Hailey Mead-5’8 G
Mead impressed me a lot during the skills session and I was bummed when she turned her ankle simply because I wanted to see more of her shooting the ball because I love watching shooters that have fluid shots, nice release and shoot with accuracy, she does all of that so until next time, I will be waiting
