Indiana teams are spread throughout the country, so we chose to head to Louisville this past weekend where there were the greatest number of teams to see. Below is a look at a handful of prospects who I felt were also noteworthy based on their play Saturday when I was able to see them.

.

Novea has stood out this Spring, because each time I have seen [program_tooltip program_id='715528' first='City' last='Elite'], whether she's at her best or not, she is consistently active and attempting to make plays at both ends of the floor. She has such tremendous length that she gets her hands on a lot of passes defensively. Offensively, she has proven she can make open rhythm jumpers, she's fast attacking the basket, and she can find open teammates as well. She should have several small colleges following her throughout the Spring and Summer.

The one thing I've noticed about Olivia over the years is that she continues to make her game stronger, so you can tell she puts in the work. She has great poise on the floor, she is not afraid of the big shot, and she is an accurate perimeter shooter with a quick release. But she has also worked on her handle and ability to put it on the floor and initiate the offense. She does a nice job of using her strong frame to protect the basketball, and she gets it where it needs to go. Additionally, she has improved her urgency at the defensive end of the floor.

McKenzi has put together consistent performances throughout the Spring, and she continues to use her power and physicality to create space around the basket to finish inside. At the same time, she has also knocked down one or two 3-pointers per game, showing she does have some touch outside and can be used in either pick-and-roll or pick-and-pop situations. Defensively, she is a solid box-out rebounder, and she does a nice job of rooting her opponent out of the paint and forcing them to play in uncomfortable areas of the floor.

Mya seems to be playing with a little different confidence this Spring versus any time I've seen her in the past. She has always been a long athlete, but now, she is doing many more things consistently and has worked on her skillset. She's handling the ball better, but more importantly, she's handling pressure and contact better. She is showing a little more touch outside, but she's also making better decisions as to when to shoot, attack, or give it up. She has also typically been an outstanding defender, and that hasn't changed at all.

When Riley arrived at Heritage Christian as a Freshman, she was about 5-7 or 5-8. But she continues to grow and grow, and she looks closer to 5-11 now. She is extremely long, and she might even have another inch or two left in her. What's exciting is, she has maintained her fluidity and athleticism, and she has a pretty smooth offensive game. She glides around the floor, creates for herself and others, plus she's a good perimeter shooter. Once she finishes growing and adds a little more strength to her frame, she could work her way into the Top 5 as a 6-0+ point guard prospect.

When you watch Harper's [program_tooltip program_id='1002297' first='IGB' last=''] team play, it's very easy to get caught up in the impressive size and skill they have across the board. But she can go herself. Playing against girls two years older, she fits right in and doesn't bat an eye. She is strong for her age, tough-nosed, and highly skilled. She handles it with her head up, she scans the floor for open teammates, and she plays with good pace and changes speeds well. Additionally, she is always ready to shoot, so on the catch she can rise right into her shot before defenders can respond. Plus, she's accurate with range as well.
