London is comfortable handling the ball and running the offense and creates opportunities for herself and her teammates. She also has an advanced scoring package that includes a stepback jumper, fadeaway, and spin move that allows her to generate quality looks in a variety of situations. Combined with her high motor and willingness to compete on both ends of the floor, London has established herself as one of the biggest risers in this update.     Serae made one of the biggest moves in the latest Class of 2028 rankings by climbing more than 30 spots after an impressive spring and summer. She is the type of player every coach loves to have on the floor because of her relentless motor, competitive nature, and willingness to do the physical, dirty work that helps teams win. An unselfish player, Serae moves the ball well, makes smart reads from her position, and finishes with strength around the basket. As she continues to develop her guard skills and becomes more consistent from the perimeter, her versatility and overall game should continue to expand and give her plenty of room to keep climbing the rankings.     Savanna climbed more than 20 spots in the latest Class of 2028 rankings after continuing to showcase her two-way impact throughout the spring and summer. She has good length, moves well without the ball, and consistently creates scoring opportunities with timely cuts and constant effort. Savanna can knock down the three-pointer, runs the floor exceptionally well, and thrives in transition where her athleticism stands out. Defensively, she plays with a high motor, keeps opposing ball handlers in front of her, and uses her length to disrupt plays and generate steals. Her combination of athleticism, versatility, and consistent effort makes her one of the more intriguing risers in the class.     Makenna made one of the biggest jumps in the latest Class of 2028 rankings by climbing more than 40 spots after a strong spring and summer. She takes on a significant workload for her high school team which showcases her versatility and ability to impact the game in a variety of ways. Makenna has good length, shoots the ball confidently from beyond the arc with impressive range, and consistently crashes the boards on both ends of the floor. She has a knack for making smart cuts when defenses lose focus, leading to easy scoring opportunities, and has developed a solid finishing package around the basket. Her all-around skill set, versatility, and continued development make her one of the biggest stock risers in this update.     Seriyah climbed more than 10 spots in the latest Class of 2028 rankings thanks to her continued development and intriguing long-term upside. A tremendous dual-sport athlete, she possesses outstanding size, length, and a strong frame that immediately stand out. Athletic forwards with her physical tools are difficult to find, and that makes her one of the more promising frontcourt prospects in the class. Seriyah will also be making the move to Lake Highland Prep for the upcoming school year which provides another opportunity for her growth against high-level competition. She has the potential to control the glass, finish efficiently around the rim, and develop into a high-impact player as her overall skill set continues to expand.     Joslyn earned a well-deserved climb in the latest Class of 2028 rankings after establishing herself as one of the top perimeter shooters in this class while on the EYBL circuit this spring and summer. She has embraced her role as a floor spacer at the travel ball level while taking on an even larger offensive responsibility during the high school season. Joslyn possesses good positional size and length, allowing her to impact the game beyond her shooting. She is also an underrated passer with strong court vision who consistently makes the right read, and her anticipation on the defensive end helps her generate deflections and disrupt opposing offenses. Her combination of shooting ability, basketball IQ, and two-way impact makes her one of the more complete two-guards in the class.     Kaydince climbed more than 10 spots in the latest Class of 2028 rankings after continuing to prove her value as a relentless two-way competitor. She rebounds exceptionally well for her position and consistently makes winning plays on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she sees the floor well, keeps the ball moving, and plays within the flow of the offense. Defensively, Kaydince has established herself as one of the top defenders in the class by using her activity level, ball pressure, and anticipation to disrupt opposing ball handlers and force mistakes. A tireless worker who embraces the dirty work, her toughness and impact beyond the box score have fueled her steady rise in the rankings.     Myka made one of the biggest jumps in the latest Class of 2028 rankings by climbing more than 30 spots after an impressive spring and summer. A quick, shifty guard with a competitive edge, she consistently puts pressure on defenses with her speed and ability to create off the dribble. Myka is a strong passer who sees plays develop before they happen, making her an effective facilitator and playmaker. Her perimeter shot has become more efficient in each setting as her confidence continues to grow and adds another dimension to her offensive game.
