North Dakota Rankings Release: 2030 Supreme Talents

She is a true 6'4 and has potential to be a high-major recruit. Her size, length, and athletic ability are all top-level for a player in the 2030 class. She is already an incredible defender and rebounder. Opponents have to be creative to even get a shot attempt off over Lily. Her ability to alter and block shots is probably the best in the state. Lily is also an established offensive talent. She is good in the screen-and-roll and can easily catch pocket-passes or passes thrown up by the rim for easy baskets. Her touch around the rim continues to get better. She is always in the gym working on her game. She has grown quite a bit the last couple of years and with that her athleticism and quickness are really starting to shine. She blows by defenders with one of the quickest first-steps in the state. Her ability to get to the basket and finish is really impressive. She has exceptional vision with the ball and is really good in transition. She creates steals and turns them into easy baskets. Finally, she continues to improve her outside shooting. She averaged nearly 15 points per game, an incredible number for such a young player. She will have an opportunity to beat Tylee Irwin's all-time scoring record if she continues to put in the work. She could finish her career as one of the state's all-time best scorers. She can score from all three levels: at the basket, in the mid-range, and from behind the arc. The Huskies are hungry to get to the state tournament. She will need to fill some big shoes and should have a great chance at earning a spot on the All-EDC team in 2027. The Mustangs will rely upon her and [player_tooltip player_id='1090529' first='Evie' last='Sevald'] heavily to score the rock. She is more than capable of stepping up to the challenge and I anticipate her easily scoring in double-figures next season. Froning is another gym rat and has tremendous upside as a player. She is very athletic for her age and has good size and length for a guard. I appreciate how hard Ella plays and the fact that she plays the game "the right way." She isn't concerned with her stat line; she just cares about winning. Her role will drastically change in the coming years because of how guard heavy and talented Horace is. She will be ready when her number is called. She will be pushing older girls at practice and as a result will be improving rapidly as a player.
