Kaitlyn has made a huge jump over the last 12-18 months, and she put together a nice Winter season for the Lady Panthers. She has an athletic frame, strength, and she can run & jump with just about anyone on this list. Her strength allows her to defend the post a little, as well as box out and rebound. At the same time, she can defend wings and bigger guards on the perimeter, plus she is starting to really develop a much more advanced perimeter skillset offensively.

Kaitlyn took advantage of roster turnover this year and has given the Lady Panthers good minutes as a starter. She is strong, athletic, and plays with an outstanding motor. She continues to develop her offensive skillset and is starting to consistently stretch her range from the mid-post to near the 3-point line. She has a nose for the ball, pursues rebounds, and she finishes through contact around the basket. Defensively, she can take on most wings and forwards, and she’ll even defend some of their opponents’ better guards. Her versatility makes her a unique prospect.

Kaitlyn has a nice combination of athleticism, strength, and skill, plus she plays with an outstanding motor. She can run and jump with most girls in this class, but it’s her strength that’s deceiving. She reportedly set a North Central female dead lift record at over 300 pounds. Because of it, she can play an undersized ‘5’ defensively, though she’s athletic enough to defend wings and bigger guards. She is extremely active on the boards, she’s a nice mid-post scorer, and she’s starting to improve her perimeter shot and her handle.
