Can defend all positions: Her defensive versatility is a nice tool. She can constantly force mismatches with the player that she’s defending.
Basketball IQ: She’s a smart and steady player that keeps mental mistakes to a minimum.

<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="244298" first="Mia" last="McLaughlin"] </strong>is in my opinion, one of the most improved players in the state over the last calendar year. She started this fall by showing her skills at the Prep Girls Hoops Michigan Top 250 in Grand Rapids. At this event, <strong>McLaughlin </strong>proved that she could go toe to toe with the elite talent in the state. She’s at her best with the ball in her hands, whether creating offense, setting it up, or running the show. <strong>McLaughlin </strong>has a ton of upside and is a quickly rising prospect. I could see her easily being a scholarship player and instant contributor at the next level. She’s without a doubt, a player that coaches at all levels must keep their eyes on.
