I will be watching the other two games I missed as well. All tournament teams will be updated. Superlatives will be updated. I saw things from teams that I did watch that could change my all tournament and superlatives articles. Here’s what I saw in this game.
She’s that threat I mention to compete with Roberts for the Top 250 MVP. I won’t take it away from Roberts, but she might have company. She had around 20 points in this one. She might be the fastest I saw, handles the ball well and gets up the floor in a hurry. She was always in control and looked really smooth with the ball in her hands. She attacks the basket, and her ability to get downhill was the best in the tournament. Her athletic ability was the best in the tournament. She showed good court awareness, making some nice passes as well. It is her athleticism that clearly stands out the most. Pair that with great ball skills, and speed. She is a great prospect. She was one of the best I saw in Bellevue. Whether she will put up more stats than Megan Roberts to be Co – MVP is to be determined.
Highlights
I was more impressed after watching her again in this one than I was before. And I was already impressed. She is probably the quickest with the ball in her hands that I saw in the Expo. Her ball skills are elite, and she can shoot it from deep as well. Her ability to blow by the defense is what I saw more of in this one. She will remain a 1st team all tournament selection and one of the top players in the Top 250.
