With a lot of size at this event Jana in my opinion had the best weekend of them all! 6’3 power 5 frame played the lion share of the minutes in all her games. Jana knows how to use her body at an elite level! When she gets it in the post she just leans on defenders and was virtually unstoppable in the low block! She put 14 points against a team that had two division one talents, not committed yet but she will be a plug and play player at the next level!

Jana was a player who made her presence known very quickly in her game Sunday vs Southwest Academy. She showed good handles and has a smooth catch-and-shoot at the rim. She has good post moves in the paint and can play physical and is effective through contact. Has good footwork and can score up-and-under very effectively.

in her first game with WRA was very impressive and you can tell she will have a bright future. With her size and movement she has great anticipation on the defensive end to get multiple blocks. She has a motor that can just go, very difficult to stop in the paint with great footwork. Her first game landed 17pts, 7blocks

2023 Western Reserve Academy has a new player coming into the system with her basketball skills its not hard for her to understand the game or what they are doing, she is a strong presence below the free-throw line and has a lot of coaches looking. Very athletic post player that will be very dominant in the paint, just don’t be surprised if she steps out on the 3-point line and nail a couple of daggers on you. After talking to one of our northern Ohio guys Matt, it was made clear that Jana is a very skilled player. She played on the Egyptian National team and has great footwork. She is very difficult to handle in the paint. Uses either hand well, can step out the score from the three and has some D1 offers and the interest seems to be growing.
