I like how she helped the offense along with providing a fantastic outlet within the fastbreak. She can locate her teammates during a break and has excellent court vision. She is incredibly athletic and overcomes defenders with her powerful body. She has a smooth floater in the paint and shifty handles to get her defender off her feet. Athletic, strong, and a very high IQ for the game.

She is a strong leader for Butler as they look to repeat as league champions this season. Noel is a strong physical guard who can score in all phases of the game. Also her defense is productive on-ball. She battles with good quickness and active hands, can deflect well and create mistakes. Big year ahead for the senior!

Although she missed their last tournament game on Saturday, Noel did show good things in their previous game I attended last week. I love the way she facilitated the offense including a great outlet on the break. Excellent court vision and can find her teammate on the break. She has the ability to score in bunches and is a good leader for her team.

Now… the show is hers. With the graduation of 2023 top 30 player Sami Bardinaro, it is Noel’s time to run the offense at Butler. She displayed good confidence when I saw her last week, and was not afraid to take the big shot from any distance.

She can knock down the three and facilitate things from the point spot. Also able to play the off-guard spot with accurate perimeter shooting. Plays with a fire and heart to be a positive leader for the Aviators. (feature photo above)
